very pleased with the service let us browse around
and take our time .Lovely sale person very helpful made
sure the sofa was just right for me.
Plus offered coffee and cookie a good experience
all round .

We called in later than expected, on Sunday. We were immediately greeted by the member of staff who stayed with us whilst we chose the settees we liked.
We completed the deal with delivery expected to our new house within 10 days. On departing, by about 15.45 we came across some tables and chairs we liked and despite the time, were enthusiasticly served by same member of staff. So taken by the service were we, that my wife said she would return for a lounge table in next 2 weeks.

Welcomed and served by Morne who showed patience and understanding, especially when I was overwhelmed with all the choices I had to make. Resulted in not only buying sofas, which is what I went in for, but also bedroom furniture 😊

I am very pleased of my purchase today for a chest of drawer and desk for my son’s bedroom. Very good quality, made in England, and modern finish. I was helped by Boroka who took her time matching the items and doing a very quick financing which is interest free. Extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you

Everybody was very friendly and knowledgeable. Derek Spittle was a great at helping me to choose my sofa and Baroka Sebeni was very efficient and friendly with helping me to seal the deal. She was also very lovely and sweet with my daughter and nephew 😊

Cris was an excellent salesman - very helpful and informative but giving us plenty of time and space to make a decision. My mother is deaf, and can sometimes find these sort of transactions difficult, but Cris made the whole process easy and stress-free. Definitely five stars.

Amber was very helpful! I asked her to help me retrieve all documents relating to my purchase in January of two quality sofas. She listened carefully and explained the business processes involved in a purchase which has the care package included. Amber reassured me that all is well and quickly provided me with an email with relevant information re the care package.
My query came when her department was under pressure and Amber handled it brilliantly. She is a great asset to the company, with intelligence, enthusiasm, efficiency, and a great manner in dealing with an anxious customer such as myself. Bravo, Amber!

Cris was very friendly, knowledgable and really helped us understand what we wanted. My wife and I really appreciated the drinks which made the whole experience really relaxing and enjoyable. Just had our first visit to furniture village in Farnborough. We were assisted by Cris, the Sales consultant. He helped us with choosing a coffee table and side table and talked us through different options. We were made to feel welcome and didn’t feel pressured into buying. It was a relaxed experience and the coffee and biscuits were a bonus

We visited Furniture Village Farnborough today and dealt with Cris Sargeant who was very knowledgable. Great to deal with not pushy. Very pleased with whole experience of purchasing sofas.

We popped into Farnborough Furniture Village to get some ideas for our new home and was greeted by Christopher Duncan on entry. He was absolutely amazing His product knowledge was fantastic as well as his ideas.
And although we did explain that we hadn’t moved yet so weren’t buying anything then and there he didn’t shrug his shoulders and walk off he stayed with us throughout showing us all the products we were interested. We are definitely coming back to Furniture Village to get our furniture which will be sofas, bed/mattress, table and chairs and light fitting. Thank you Chris

I had an issue with a stool I purchased and to be honest was struggling to get an adequate response. However I managed to call and get through to Fatima.

She was fantastic. She listened to the issue, apologised for the delay in resolving and promised to investigate and get back to me. Although I had been given this commitment before I knew from her tone, empathy and professional approach that she would take control of the issue. Sure enough, I got a call within 48 hours with a suitable solution.

Fatima should be commended as a true customer care professional. Thank you Fatima.

Today (10/4/2026), I telephoned customer services (14th in the que) and waited about 20 minutes before speaking to an agent. The call centre was very noisy in the background and it made it hard to hear the conversation clearly at times but we got there in the end.

The agent Naj was very helpful and found my previous email that I had sent on 16/03/2026 re an issue with my Daytona settee making squeaking noises when someone one was sitting on it moved about e.g. using the recliner etc.

Naj has now arranged for a Company to contact me next week re resolving the noisy settee free of charge. So fingers crossed this will be resolved soon and I'll be a happy customer.
