Today my new sofa set was delivered by Darren & Andy, they were very pleasant and very considerate of my property, also arrived in the alloted time slot which was great.
They took great care when bringing the sofas in and setting them up and leaving no mess by taking all cardboard and plastic which was great.

James and Dan arrived at the allotted time. They worked as a team and quickly had the corner unit assembled and in place. They cleared up the packaging and took it with them. They were courteous and professional. Very pleased with the corner unit.

Very pleased with Andy and Darrren the two delivery people. I had ordered a dinning table with two benches and the table was built in my dining area. The two men were professional and efficient but with friendly banter. They dealt with the furniture quickly and cleared up packaging as they went and it was a pleasure to deal with them. They made sure I was happy with the furniture and it was a very positive experience. Well done to Andy and Darren!

Very friendly, polite and courteous. They were very efficient. They had my sofas unpacked and installed quickly. Before they left they tested the recliners checking they both worked. They removed all the packaging before they left. Overall a very good service from the distribution centre to the delivery. Would definitely buy from The Furniture Village again as it has been a great experience from start to receiving my sofas.

The delivery driver and his assistant arrived on time and notified me 15 minutes before there arrival, as stated. They were polite and kourteous They unloaded my furniture as instructed they were helpful and very efficient. Brilliant.

Our delivery was on time and James and Dan did a great job putting our chairs together, placing them in our lounge and removing all the packaging. Very pleasant lads, really recommend Furniture Village and their staff.
