We visited the store and found James to be the most knowledgeable and professional sales person we have ever dealt with. He was so patient and fully understood exactly what we needed. There was no pressure to purchase just honesty and helpfulness. It was a pleasure to deal with you.

Visited Glasgow West branch and was impressed with the quality and range of furniture displayed there. Very helpful staff offered advice re options available in the Genius range of sofas. There were no issues when we said we’d need to measure up to make sure sofas would fit. We returned the next day and placed our order with Ross Jenkins. He talked us through the whole process and made sure we were ordering exactly what we wanted. There are lots of options in this range!!
Once we got home and looked at the room again we thought a media console would work well in the room but we’d need to change from a 3 seater to a 2 seater sofa for it to fit.
We visited the store again and spoke to Ross who was very helpful and again checked our choices to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.
Brian Kay the store managed then processed the changes. He was very professional and helpful and made the change.
I was very impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of both Ross and Brian. Great customer service from both and a great range of furnishings in store.
Can’t wait to get the sofa.

Ordered our dining table and 6 chairs to be delivered to our new house furniture village were fantastic to deal with they kept our order till the day we wanted it delivered and the communication was excellent the girls that dealt with our delivery were great! The sales assistant, Helen, gave us time to look at all the display sofas and once we had a preferred choice she talked us through the product details and the various offers/options available. Shen then allowed us to go to the Coffee Cafe for a (free) coffee and come to a decision. Excellent service where we gad space and time to make the right choice for us.

I got fantastic assistance from Ross and Brian in choosing my bed and mattress. No pressure, just very helpful advice and a lovely coffee and biscuits too while I thought about it!
The delivery was excellent . Craig and Graham arrived as advised, we're friendly, set up the bed, took all the packing away, and made sure I was happy with everything before they left.

After getting my sofas delivered we noticed that one aspect of the electric recliner wouldn’t operate. After speaking with customer services rep Jemima, she has arranged a specialist to call to sort the issue.

We had a fabulous experience at furniture world Hillington Glasgow . We thought they didn’t have what we were looking for, but a fantastic salesman called James Byrne pointed out the morato range to us, which had the perfect tv unit we were looking for. We also purchased some other items while there. Thank you so much James for all your help, it’s great to receive such wonderful customer service, and to feel genuinely valued . Great tea ,coffee and warm cookies. Will definitely be back. Thanks again James you are amazing .

Lovely experience choosing a new sofa for our holiday lodge. Jayne was brilliant and welcoming. Everything explained clearly about the next steps. Great service.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!! BE WARNED WE HAVE BEEN LEFT HIGH & DRY!!
From the instance our furniture was delivered and assembled (by Furniture Village) on 08/06 we noticed that the two halves of both sofas were seriously misaligned, and the side panels drawers were sticking. The storage stool drawer gets stuck. We immediately notified the 'Product Aftercare' team who sent an independent furniture assessor to survey from a company called 'Castelan'. 26/06 they reported back that there were no manufacturing defects. We then escalated this with the escalations team 16/07 who sent the same company out again on 31/07. Furniture Village Product Aftercare called two days later on the 02/08 stating that there were no manufacturing defects and they were closing the case. They added that if we were still not satisfied that we contact the CAB as there was nothing else they were willing to do. This has left us very frustrated and annoyed particularly since we have paid a lot of money for a defective product and basically left sitting with it. We sit on these sofas every night and look at the squinty panels and wonder what sort of furniture assessor or manufacturer can't see the defects which raises competency or apathy questions. They have basically walked away from this, thinking that it is going to go away and that we won't take it any further and hence the reason I am now writing to make everyone aware.

Friendly and knowledgeable salesperson (Jayne) who guided us to the correct base to match our recently purchased Harrison Spinks mattress.
