I purchased a new sofa with Iain, his customer service was unbelievable amazing, he spent loads of time with me demonstrating and explain each sofa and which one will suit my needs, walked away absolutely chuffed with my purchase, especially as the transaction was super smooth, all my questions answered and had great support with the delivery, Iain is the man to go to, thanks again!

Excellent customer service from Khadija. She was professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the process. She took the time to understand the issue I was experiencing and promptly arranged an appointment with a technical engineer to resolve it. Excellent service. Was taken slightly by surprise as expecting indifference from a big out of town. But the stock was extensive and the advice from Liam exemplary. Thoroughly recommend them if you need a new bed.

Liam in store was excellent, most helpful in helping us choose the right bed for a price that we were happy with and Mehtab & James their delivery guys were very professional and efficient in getting everything set up. Seamless service end to end!

We have purchased a dining table and chairs from clearance stock. Iain was knowledgable about the options we looked at and very helpful. Iain went above and beyond by responding to a late email while he was not at work the and arranged for the item to be reserved and made the purchase transaction easy on his return.
Iain was also very helpful in dismantling and carrying the items to the car for transportation.

Really helpful Staff, assisted me to make a choice about what I wanted to buy without overselling.
