Very good service and help in store and a much earlier delivery of purchases than expected. Very pleased overall.

Easy to order, helpful sales people, great service in store. Good communication. Great delivery service, kept up-to-date and they took great care when delivering the sofa. Rob and Joe were very polite, helpful and professional.

Andrew at the Poole branch was very informative, professional and helpful but not in a pushy way. Left us on our own to talk and decide.

We ordered a mattress in store that came with free pillows, placing the order was quick but getting the store assistant to agree that the price match should apply even with the pillow offer took a bit of persuading. It turned out it was already price matched but the price label hadn’t been changed.
Delivery was quick, we’re in the process of changing the mattress under the 60 day sleep guarantee with the help of Billy in customer service who was very helpful.
Overall ordering, delivery and customer support has all been good. Hopeful the next mattress is the one.

I love the shop but the only thing i dont like is that they are on you as soon as you step into the shop.They should leave you alone untill you are ready to talk to them.

Pleasant hardworking delivery and removal men. Absolutely DISGRACEFUL you do not provide them with vehicles that have air conditioning. I doubt anyone else would do the job they have to do with no air conditioning

When I went to buy a new bed today, Dan was so helpful, in every way, I tried out a few beds, and after explaining just what I wanted, Dan was the man who helped me... a great and happy experience, so I now have a beautiful new bed, coming very soon..so excited.
I would assure everyone who visits Furniture Village, they will have a very happy and exciting time.

Rob and Joe were very professional.
On arrival they surveyed to where the dining furniture was going. They engaged with us fully and gave us suggestions for the best place to put the table and sideboard!
It was nice that they were respectful of our home👍 we could not fault them at all, excellent service!

Leo was fantastic with helping us choose two sofa's and new table and chairs today. After visiting two other furniture shops we decided to get it all from fv. All stock is good quality. Cant wait for it all to arrive soon. Would buy again from them.
