Non delivery of item ordered
Non delivery of item ordered, tried phoning but no answer & did not return call as stated on automated call. On tracking it only stated delayed with a new date that has also passed. Would not reccomend to anyone & wont purchase from them again.

A helpful and informative guide of possible armchairs and sofas on show, and was shown a really good selection of options to suit our needs, the overall experience and offers given made the experience and subsequent purchase an overall good shopping experience.
