Andy & Charlie delivered my sideboard on Tuesday 15.09.2026. They were both very polite and respectful of my home. The installation was done efficiently and quickly and I was extremely happy with them.

Dan and Jordan delivered our dining furniture, put it together and cleared any rubbish up and took all the wrapping and boxes with them. They were very polite, friendly and respectful. Would highly recommend.

I have Sofa delivered and assembled today by Dain and Jordan. Very efficient and quick. Very happy with their service they have been brilliant

I won’t be buying from Furniture Village again, communication is really poor, especially from York branch.

Delivery lad's we're very polite and helpful hopefully they will be delivering our two seater and three seater sopher soon. Drivers name and wagon mate are Glenn and Conrad.

The guys alerted me to when they were due, they also helped me move my old sofa out of the way which was a massive relief as it was stressing me out.
New sofa was installed with no issues, plenty of instructions for keeping it fresh and just overall a sound experience.

Glenn and konrad delivered our table and chairs and also 3 bar stools they where fantastic they talked me through everything they where going to do they where brilliant even though the parking was a bit of a problem they where very professional talkative and just really nice guys they are a credit to your company thanks again for a great job .

I had a great experience with furniture village. Zak in the Leeds Batley store was incredibly helpful in my search and purchase of a new mattress. The whole process was very smooth.
