I was allowed to walk around the shop without being pestered by pushy salesales people, once ready my questions were answered comprehensively.
Although my delivery was one week later than originally suggested, the gentlemen turned up bright and early (0705am) as agreed. They arrived complete with their own runner to prevent bring dirt into the house. Paul & Tom worked like a well oiled machine and were polite and respectful. Their install took less than 15 minutes and they left taking every last piece of rubbish with them. Throughly great job all round. Well done and thank you

Tommy and Jack were both professional and helpful in their delivery service. They communicated well, so we knew when to expect them, took great care of our property when bringing the furniture into our home, and were very efficient with the installation of our furniture.

Brilliant delivery this morning by the two guys from A D Wheeler. Excellent communication before they arrived and quick installation of sofa. It was a pleasure to meet them thank you very much for a hassle free delivery.

Lovely no pressure sales in the Aintree store from Carol, really felt looked after. Great service and delivery from Paul and Tom, they took care and talked everything through. Absolutely love the sofa!

Excellent service from start to finish. Mahmud from the Cheadle store was helpful, but not pushy. We were given the time to sit on and try out the sofas in the store to make sure we were happy with our choice. The delivery was also done very efficiently by two friendly guys.

Just had a bed delivered the two lads Stu and Ste were brilliant, delivered on time bed put together and all rubbish removed, they even bought two heavy boxes in for me that weren’t there’s, top class service well done

The delivery drivers were polite and delivered our settee on the time they said. Stu and Ste were very helpful and explained everything we needed to know.

Stu and rob drop off my furniture today and there were excellent ,made sure everything was working and cleaned up after themselves, taking all the rubbish away.

Sales team were so patient with my Mum when we came into the showroom (twice) and the delivery drivers went above and beyond getting the furniture in the property in storm Austen!
