Ordered 2 sofas and an armchair. Received 2 sofas - no armchair. Woken at 6.25 a.m.
with the delivery. Advice of delivery time was sent 35 minutes later! Order now showing as completed, although still no armchair!!

Served by Swarn Marwaha today who talked us through all of the options available for us buying our new sofa, no pressure sales techniques and everything straightforward, recommend the store and service provided was excellent.

Parents came to Furniture Village(Romford)too purchase few Furniture, the sale consultant Nicola was absolutely fantastic and helpful.

We had a good time browsing through the furniture at this store. The aim was really to get a feel of the products and to see what's suitable for us, with no intention to make a purchase as yet. Our sales assistant Dragos was very helpful in showing us around and catering to our needs. We felt he went above and beyond, searching through the Ipad to find exactly what we were looking for, so we're grateful for the good customer service with no pressure to buy!
