Returning customer to store. Had my eye on a sofa set that Greg had walked me through before. Measured up and looked around at other stores but the Wallace and Shackleton ranges were better quality and felt more comfortable. Great experience all around thanks to Greg's friendly approach.

Dawn at the Rugby Shop was very helpful and patient with us, and very knowledgeable on all the products available.

The only thing wrong is on the Sofa Screen on the left hand side the Headrest Icon moves the lumbar and the lumbar icon moves the headrest, is there a way to reprogram these?

From arrival at the store we had a fantastic experience. Andy looked after our every need whilst giving us space to look around the store and make our own choices. He answered every question we had and was very accommodating to our wishes. The fact he made our son so welcome too was a huge bonus and made the morning manageable, the cookie was definitely a hit. I would highly recommend Furniture Village, Rugby and especially Andy.

Andy was very approachable, friendly and helpful. He gave us some space to try out the sofas before then giving us more information. He offered to get us a drink. Brilliant customer service.

Greg was as always a pleasure to deal with, he is knowledgeable and understands the customers requirements,always making us spend lots of money..😊. I mean always making us welcome. Taking the time to look at all of our options.
He is honest in response to our questions making sure we are happy before we finalise our purchase.
