Amazing service by the young female, fabulous personality and definitely got a heart of gold, she made sure she was attentive to our needs and expectations and she fulfilled to and beyond!! She constantly made sure we was comfortable and made sure any questions we had was answered! Furniture village slough you have a keeper!!

very pleasant staff who helped dissemble floor sofa but didnt seem to be aware how it had constructed leaving us to take a long time getting it off the shop floor and back into the modules small enough to get in the house. Overall very helpful and pleasant but more training required or information should of been put on the sofa so we were aware it was bolted together and could of brought the appropriate tools.

Very good customer service. Michael in particular was very accommodating. He even agreed to postpone delivery of our order until December in order to allow us to order during the sale. The only gripe I have is that the salesman, Tasbirul Chowdhury, said he was giving us 2 fabric care kits but then I noticed he had charged £24.50 for one of them even though we didn’t order one. Granted we were given two but we should not have been charged for something we’re didn’t ask for. I couldn’t be bothered to go back to the store to complain.

The sales rep Shiraz was very helpful arranging the suite we had chosen in the material we wanted. He explained the finance clearly and the whole process was very smooth. The range of furniture was first class.

We recently bought a sofa and two beds from Furniture Village in Slough, and we were really pleased with the service we received from Shiraz.
From the start, Shiraz took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for and gave us helpful, honest advice. He was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure we found the right products for our needs.
What we particularly appreciated was that he was not pushy at all. He gave us plenty of time and space to think about our choices and decide what we really wanted, which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable.
We really appreciated his patience, professionalism and excellent customer service. Thank you, Shiraz, for making the whole experience so easy and pleasant. We would definitely recommend asking for him if you’re shopping at Furniture Village in Slough.
