Rob Jones was amazing, very helpful and kind enough to help with measurements in order for us to make a precise choice in furniture. He was very friendly, and not pushy. Listend well and assisted us when we needed.
Rob helped in making our decisions of multiple furniture purchases as smooth sailing as possible. And with all this, it made us want to purchase all items from the store today.

Very helpful, the 2 Gentleman that delivered my bed did a very efficient job putting it together for me, cleared any remaining rubbish, explained how the bed worked, I couldn’t have been more pleased.

We visited the Worcester branch and sought out James Hyland having been really pleased with his help a few weeks earlier. He was able to help us with our order and gave us some discount for our wait that day and for being a returning customer. They were really busy with it being bank holiday weekend but he still gave excellent service and we will be returning today to purchase a wardrobe. Excellent staff and store. Highly recommend.

A quality dining room table and chairs, arrived bang on schedule and expertly delivered and assembled by Rhys and Leigh. We ordered from the Worcester store and the service and advice received from James was outstanding. I would have no hesitation in using Furniture Village again.
