Sale person made us fell so welcome and was very helpful the frist time we talked to him and we brought a sofa. We had delivery problems thay were on like a shot and it was delivered on the day it should have been thats why we came back to buy a wardrobe thanks to the sale man don't know is name but top marks to him 👍 are last name is Stephens...

The customer service that we have received has been fantastic. Although James did our sale today, both him and Rob over our last few visits have always taken the time to explain everything and give a very personable experience. They are full of knowledge regarding their products and never rushed or pressured us into a sale. Thank you!

The guys in the shop were not pushy & took time to explain every aspect of my purchase. Excellent service from Ricardo at Worcester, made the buying experience a pleasure. A refreshing change in today’s world. Hopefully delivery will be in the 6 week timeframe to tie in with a house move.

Adam at the Worcester Blackpole branch was very helpful and it was an easy sale for us he let us decide without pressure , even made us a tea , he was also very informative about products and matching furniture.
