Dissapointed

I placed the order , it said the item was available. It was some weeks later when it became available and i have still not received the delivery. The allocated delivery time for delivery was not adhered to and now i have been requested to pay a further £60 for delivery at no fault of my own.

Thank you David for your candid opinion. However, as our team discussed with you, we communicated the message from our wholesale partner and delivery company. After discussion with you we came accross the reality on atcual time when the delivery company contact you and arrived for delivery. After sending them all the evidences (you provided) and addressing the contradiction, the company agreed to deliver again wothout any additional charge. The company will contact you and agreed on the delivery time shortly.

Excellent quality furniture and great service. Everything was well-made, delivered on time, and exactly as described. You can tell a lot of passion goes into this business. I would happily order again.

I recently purchased a dining table…

I recently purchased a dining table from this furny,and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The table is absolutely beautiful—stylish, well-crafted, and very sturdy. It has truly added a touch of elegance to my dining area.

The delivery was right on time, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I really appreciate the excellent service and smooth process from start to finish.

Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for quality furniture and reliable service. Thank you so much!
