Bad experiences

Dear Fynbus,

I am writing to express my bad experiences with some of the bus drivers. I find it hard to comprehend the accidents.
Today, 29/09/2023, around 11.40 I was going to take the bus (Seden) which left in front of my nose earlier than the time given for departure. I was crossing the road and the bus waited exactly till the moment I was about to get on it. I find it hard to believe now that it is some sort of accident as exactly the same happened to my sister few months ago at the same location. (Folkebo, Odense Kommune). I wish that the service of the bus drivers I have encountered so far was better. Also, could you please explain the company’s policy about accepting cash in order to buy a bus ticket? Is it true that you can only buy a ticket through an online platform?

The changes of bus time gets really worst

The changes in the bus to another bus gets worst,now I need to wait 30 mins,before I can reach my work in time,I cannot make the changes of bus 140 Otterup to 151,152 or 153,in just 1min to transfer myself.Please bring the normal schedule for the last year.

Seat reservation is a waste of time

The Danish bus drivers on both trips were nice but they did not communicate whilst driving in English. Major problem with this service is the seat reservation. On both journeys other passengers took our seats.

In Fynbus you cannot used your phone inside even it's considered as public transportation.

Woah,is there certain rules or law in Denmark that I cannot talked inside the bus?Route 152 Assens,I always take everytime I go to my work to a well-known hotel,it's my first time in a whole year,the driver said I cannot used my phone inside the bus,I'm international,I'm talking to my mom in other country,the time zone are different,and I don't talked loud speaker,I talked silently with my phone in my ears,but it's the worst feeling I have now,knowing that it's public area,but I cannot talked to my mom.Im a regular passenger,but I've been treated like this,Please if you have car or opportunity to have other access to public transportation I'm suggesting or recommend don't ride FynBus.

Terrible

They dont have machines to sell tickets in some places and I asked a friend to buy the ticket for me then I used a screenshot. I had the ticket wich was paid but they charged me 1.000 kr in a fine! They said that the rule is like that. I’ve never seen this in my life you need to read a bunch of pages of rules to take a simple transport? They have just stolen me!! They didn’t have a machine for buying tickets where I was and didn’t accept the ticket I bought!

A happy passenger

I use Fynbus everyday and i am more than satisfied with the service i receive. they are mostly on time and the drivers are very helpful. There is always free seats for everyone and specially for alderies and those with kids.The only problem i had before i have fynbus app was that there was no possible way to pay with my mastercard from Sweden and i also had no access to any other paying apps.

I honestly don't understand how can the…

I honestly don't understand how can the tickets be so expensive if your buses are always late and crowded!!!! Going to the University is always a chaos in the morning, everyone pushes to get in the bus and get a seat, way too many people, yet Fynbus does nothing! Shame on you for choosing to offer so poor customer service. Your morning buses are also ALWAYS late which I'm sure you can see, why don't you change the departure times? Trying to play like you care about the environment and want people to take the bus more, try and raise your standards a bit first!
And one more thing, even though there are sooo many: maybe you can consider changing the stripping bands for bikes in your buses at some point? Most of them are too short for a second bike to be tighed up or too old to stay together. One could easily see which ones are bad, but I guess you don't bother...

Extremely bad service

Extremely bad service, if customer speaks english they Said they can’t help, they help only when i speak Danish, i was having trouble d.24/04/2018 waiting for bus no.122 been waiting for it for more than 15 minuttes,when the bus came he is not stoping at all, and actually he came also late, i tried to call fynbus line, which is makes feel more upsets that they Said it was My mistakes, the bus driver was lied he Said there was two bus after him he thought i Will stop for bus behind him but there was no bus behind him there was two bus before him thats the truth (2 busses no. 21 and 24 ) but Those two busses long gone before he came and i hv no intention to take those two busses, because im waiting only for busses no.122 ( i live in Morud). I tried to talk to fynbus staff they even make me more upset that they can’t help me they accused me if im lying. what the hell am I lying for, i would not Call them in first place if im lying, the truth is the driver did not stop, and i hv to wait another 1 hour to get the next bus, ridiculous, and they Said i Can take taxi and they will send the bill to me, very very lousy service. Im writing this basic on My true experience with fynbus,and dont make sense their supervisor could not speak English ( he told me he can’t speak English). If i Can give worst then 1 Star they deserved it.
