Terrible Experience
Terrible Experience – Fake Product!
I ordered what was advertised as Apple AirPods, but what I received was a FAKE product! The AirPods are clearly counterfeit, and to make matters worse, the charging cable doesn’t even work. There’s no email or proper customer service contact for returns, leaving me completely stuck with a useless product.
The website claims these are genuine Apple AirPods, which is incredibly misleading. Avoid this seller or platform at all costs. This feels like a scam, and I would never recommend purchasing from them!

Bought my Son refurbished apple AirPods…
Bought my Son refurbished apple AirPods for Xmas, didn’t work properly, had to return and pay £5 for p&p. I asked for refund of postage & AirPods, they ignored this & just sent me another pair. These didn’t work either. I constantly had to email and chase them up, finally I got a refund for AirPods but have not refunded my postage and are now ignoring me!!!
Will never use this company again!!!!

Very poor quality item …. Parts used as replacements not genuine apple and even look cheap and tacky by comparison with the real thing (which I still have) the case holding the pods was also not a genuine apple product. Returned with immediate effect and request for full refund still waiting. Would not use this service again, I feel I was misled and sold an inferior/ counterfeit apple product with no serial numbers and cheap gaudy aftermarket parts. (in my opinion) …. AFTERNOTE: I already have a reply to my emails Finn mate stating that you have received the AirPods back already but now awaiting my money back it’s been a few weeks now so guess we’ll see how it pans out…. I dispute your claim that these are authentic (as Apple Store disagrees) and also that grade A replacement parts are used to replace genuine apple parts, when held beside a genuine apple air pod the ones provided by your company resembled something out of a Christmas cracker…. Avoid this company like the plague…

DO NOT BUY - COUNTERFEIT ITEMS
I purchased ‘refurbished’ apple airpods from this site for £60. Took them to apple months later as the software wasn’t updated and they advised me they were fake.
I then returned the item and they are denying any knowledge of receiving them despite sending to the address provided and tracking showing they have been received.
