Please note that these are replaced with aftermarket Grade A OEM Parts and we can't compare them with brand new as the quality may differ because of the refurbishment process.
If you are looking for flawless quality and performance, we request you to kindly buy brand new Apple Airpods from our website with Apple Warranty, these brand new items start from £240.00. These are refurbished products and that's the reason why they are cheaper than the brand-new ones.
You are still covered with the seller warranty as well as eligible for a full refund but for that, we have to get the item back so that we can raise an investigation with the suppliers. We source thousands of items from different suppliers around the UK so until we get this item back we are unable to recognize the supplier or from which batch it was sold.

Avoid if you’re looking for genuine products.
Awful company avoid at all cost. Sell fake items, won’t admit it and then argue about a refund, I purchased Air Pods and they are a cheap £20 Chinese version. I contacted my credit card company in the end.
***you may have replied and denied this claim, but as me and lots of other buyers have stated, they are not genuine APPLE AIRPODS as stated on your website, therefore this should be investigated by trading standards. My box was all in Chinese!***

Ordered Airpod Pro. Was sent TWS which are clearly a fake copy of the Apple product. Nowhere on the description was TWS mentioned or that the AirPods might be refurbished. Similar fakes can be bought on Aliexpress for about £10. Have returned and hope to receive a refund.
