Very fast delivery great purchase and would buy from these again

I ordered for next day delivery and paid £12 extra for it. And it hasn't arrived next day because the driver went to the wrong address. When I tried to raise the issue I found there is actually no way to contact you. Non existent customer service. Won't be using in the future

literally havent even got my parcel (it was supposed to be here on monday) and it hasnt even been shipped yet
half of this i blame evri for but to me game had never been reliable so the other half goes STRAIGHT to game!! mind youi literally live near where i could have picked this up from except im sick so i cant go out!
i would have had this 4 days ago if it wasnt for you guys and your shitass evri delivery services 😭😭😭

Why in the year of 2026 do you still use Evri?
No joke, because there is one there, every(Evri) single parcel from places that use Evri end up getting damaged, lost, delayed or the box gets ripped open and parts stole from orders, because of Evri. Please do better.

Nearly 2 full weeks later and still not received my order, Your EVRI delivery service is shockingly poor. I could have walked to your store and bought the games first hand quicker.
The only reason I didn't was because of my working shifts, I'll certainly know for next time.

I ordered a Hori fight stick alpha which isn't a cheap fight stick. When I opened the package. I was shocked to see the box has obviously been opened before, the box was also covered in chocolate or something. I thought ok, let me see if the stick works but no, it was faulty as well. Very disappointed that I was sent a used stick when it was meant to be new. Sending it back for a full refund

I bought a £20 PlayStation voucher as 2 games I'd wanted were on sale and bundled together we just a pip shy of that so i could get both for a decent price. Bought and paid for the digital voucher and got it about 12 hours later. By which time my cart had updated to about £95. Cheers guys 🤌

Ordered a Mario and Yoshi Lego and the box is significantly damaged. Was going to return it but having paid for next day delivery will not be paying another 5 quid to return the item. Very poor and will not be ordered from game again.
