So, i bought the omsi 2 hamburg linie 20 for 10% less than the steam price, which i am greatful for!
But only 1 problem is that when i bought the dlc, there is no order/transaction history, which i found confusing and thought i was ripped off, (which was absolutely not the case, luckily) so that should be improved, to avoid further confusion from buyers, but overall, legit and save website, so i'd recommend! And don't be confused with the order! Just fix this 1 problem i described, and this would be a 10/10 website!

bought fallout 4 out of nostalgia, got scared because e-mail was unverified but few quick clicks and i activated the key with no problem.

I made a mistake when ordering the wrong dlc buying one I already had. Less than 15 minutes after contacting support I have been given the credit back on my games planet wallet so I could by the correct dlc!

I got a voucher to get a free game from this site which I was pleased about because I've used the store before and had a good experience. Twice I've emailed with questions and both times emails were responded to the same evening. Since this didn't involve me giving them money directly I'm honestly impressed by the service I received. I hope these sort of promotions get them decent money from the brands/companies involved.

First time user of this site, and had a slight issue with a code I was given. Late at night I sent their support address an email, and, much to my surprise, within a matter of minutes, I received a reply from 'Anton', who very politely and accurately solved my problem. Blown away by the service. Will be using this site again.

Bought the Season Pass with a great discount for the first time here. Its super simple cause even if you buy from the other country version its still tell you what platform and if it works with your country. Just few minutes after and a control to see if is not a bot, the key arrived immediately! Recommended

First time buying on this page, I was able to buy a key at an excellent price (I bought it on the German website version) and activated it in Mexico, a very quick and straightforward purchase and fast delivery.

I was a bit skeptical at first seeing that I lived in Canada and could only pay in CAD as I hoped it wouldn’t cause any transaction issues or other unfortunate problems due to currencies and everything. Bought Ghostrunner 2 at a nice 15% discount and everything went extremely smoothly. Paypal worked perfectly for my purchase and I got the key within mere moments. Key was perfectly legit and the game is downloading as I type this review. Its quite evident that Gamesplanet cares a lot about both the publishers they work together with and their consumers/purchasers. Very simple anxiety free purchase. I’m grateful truly!

Rafal, who was trying to help me resolve my voucher problem was such a great sport: replying to my emails super-fast and with new ideas each time. I’ve felt genuinely cared for! I was skeptical at first, having never heard of the company, but the discount as an Asus customer was really worth it.

I chose to refund my first purchase as it was a pre-order and the exact terms were not made clear. HOWEVER, I emailed them at near midnight for clarification and got a quick reply from a representative named Craig who gave a brilliantly clear explanation and offered to cancel the refund if that had cleared things up (without being pushy at all).

Craig was helping me up to 1am and gave me an update on things later the same day. Although I will preorder titles on Steam in future, the customer service was impeccable in a manner so rare for modern online services that I will definitely be returning to the store soon.

I messed up some stuff with my email, and accidently added the wrong one, which meant i coulden't access the game code i payed for. Shouldn't be happening.
Within 2 minutes of contacting customer support, i got some amazing help and the matter was resolved within a couple of emails

Bought the standard version of a game and activated it on steam without any issue.

Found a few minutes later that to early access the game I had to get the premium version ...

Contacted them and they refund me right away and explained me how to permanently delete the previous order from my steam account

I saw that Quake, Quake II, and DOOM (2016) were on sale. So, I bought them and got the keys. I was able to activate both Quake II and DOOM but when I got to Quake, it said that the key was already used. I was understandably fustrated and emailed Gamesplanet customer support to see if I could get a new key or a refund. Within less than 15 minutes, I've received a response back telling me that I had been given a refund. I bought a new key with said refund, entered it on Steam, and voila. It worked like a charm.
