I bought a game here as they were the cheapest shop that had it and made a mistake by misspelling my email.
I bought a game and after seeing that I couldn't get the code contacted support to change my email.
I was ready for the usual two-to-three-day affair where support would take ages to respond and need some obscure account number, but I was surprised when this legend called Craig answered my email within two minutes and instantly solved my problem!

overall great experience will definitely use again.

I purchased AOW 4 from them and then the game turned out to be an absolute mess of crashing to desktop and kernel crashing. I obviously am not going to play the 1 out of 100 games that somehow manages to crash my kernels.

Craig from Gamesplanet was incredibly understanding and offered me a refund on the purchase. It was no hassle, he was personable and not some typical support person giving generic responses. I will absolutely be using them in the future.

Was genuinely nervous despite all the good reviews. Bought a steam key for DOOM Eternal for £9.51, roughly 75% off.
I made the transaction, clicked on my account username on the gamesplanet website, clicked 'My Games', revealed the steam key, used the key on steam, and boom, asked me which drive I wanted to download DOOM Eternal in. Unbelievable
The price was in dollars too, but it said below "Activates in the United Kingdom".
It works. It has positive reviews everywhere you search online for a reason.

so I bought gta5 from this site and at first, they wouldn't let me buy it but they refunded it I later rebought gta5 and they let me have it the key worked immediately going to buy more games on this site

To be honest, i was so afraid to buy the key there, because everything felt way too convenient, but then i have decided to perform the biggest gamble in my life and bought a key.
Everything went well, i acquired and activated my key, trustworthy site, because the game i bought was persona 5 royal which is 40 usd

Bought a Devil May Cry 5 Deluxe + Vergil Steam cd key.

I have purchased a code for the game called "Lego Marvel's Avengers" from Asus using some points. Even if I had some problems with the code itself, the guys from Gamesplanet were understanding enough to help me and offer me a solution in 24 hours from when I had sent the message. Fast and efficient ... That's how customer service should be (and the staff from Gamesplanet are a prime example of how every customer service should be) .

Bought Digimon Survive for a decent price. Order was in review for like 30 minutes, but all is well.

I had redeemed an ASUS code and my order had been put on hold and then my account was disabled. I received no email, no reponse from the Gamesplanet team. After trying to reach them on Facebook, Twitter and their support email. This is an awful experience, to just disable my account without any explanation.

Can I please get someone from support to come through to me, I've been waiting days now. I want to talk to someone from your team and discuss this issue.

I will remove/change the review as soon as a support agent tries to reach out to me.

Not only did I lose my order but my entire account which I made purchases on. It's not been a very pleasent experience for me.

Edit: 8 Days now, no response from support.

Edit 2: Still no response at all, do you really want to be spending your money on a website that doesn't even acknowledge support tickets???

I only have one account, your company should have IP info on that due to my logins. As far as abusing a promotion goes. The promotion was a free game on purchase of ASUS products from ASUS.

How can you just disable my account without even trying to communicate with me???
Also your claim of me having multiple accounts is nonsense.

I ask again politely, at least try to reach out to my email. Instead of disabling my account because of a promotion that you guys are running. It's so silly that an account got disabled from using Voucher coupons received from buying ASUS products.

**No where on the offer page do I see that I can't redeem multiple vouchers THAT YOU are giving me to use**

I purchased a Dead By Daylight steam code for 50% off, and the steam key was available to redeem almost instantly. I didn't even need to verify my account or include any unnecessary personal information in my order. I had no problems with my transaction, and would absolutely buy from them again.
