Sorted everything I needed sorting, really happy with the service

Gamesplanet has always been a completely reliable retailer and their customer service is outstanding. A recent fiasco with Elden Ring where the publisher suddenly decided to impose region locks was resolved by Gamesplanet with quick service and no cost to myself, for which I am incredibly grateful. I have every intent to continue using them again.

No help at all, order the code a year ago, finally got the chance to play the game and get following message:

The product code you've entered has already been activated by a different Steam account. This code cannot be used again. Please contact the retailer or online seller where the code was purchased for assistance.

0 Support from Gamesplanet, well I learned my lesson. Hope this doesn't happen to other buyer, please be advised.

Had to wait for about an hour but got my Hitman key.

Bought f1 2021 game in less than 3 minutes.

I read comments about the redemption process of keys. In my opinion it is very good. There is extra security in place to actually guard the key so it can be refunded if there is no confirmation from the email adress.

Fast and cheap website. Copying the code does not work. You have to paste it in a txt or something and then copy it, then it will work.

Very easy and simple to sort out, I made an account and bought dark souls 3 with paypal. All I had to do was confirm the order through email and then was given the steam code, which worked right away. I am very happy with my order, bought from the UK

I would like to give a WELL deserving shout out to Gamer Planet. I have never seen a more clean, optimal, and all-around excellent gaming café, (and I have been to a lot).

I have severe health difficulties, so James (the person running the store), offered to help accommodate me in any way that he could. He's also very chill, always worked hard to make sure everything with the computer was running well, and helped me set up my new account. He was also helpful to others as well, not just me, so you can expect top-notch service if you have any questions about the games, computers, headsets, etc., they'll take care of you.

This guy deserves a raise IMO. The other staff are awesome too.

~10/10 on price and choices. (all sorts of specials, Nintendo switch rental, private party specials for the whole store, weekend party specials, Virtual Reality (THIS IS INCREDIBLE, YOU NEED TO TRY IT!). Day passes, month passes, season passes, and "PRO PC" rentals. ALL at good prices.

8/10 on the refreshments and food. (Full stock of energy drinks, sodas, some microwave dinners, pizza, burritos, etc.)

~There are many more that I can't remember off the top of my head.

I could keep going on and on, but I am EXTREMELY impressed, especially with James offering to keep an eye on me due to the health issues. I have to be on oxygen 24/7 so he was willing not only to help me set up an account and help me with computer issues, but to make sure I was ok health-wise too. That's the dedication of care they have for all their customers!
