What's my money being used for and how many have the same problem because it's not everyone.

I really hate to be the one but this casino site that I was referred to by my ex through Facebook is having favoritisms I feel. So I signed up for Game Vault with Olivia Conner through Facebook messenger. At first everything was all gravy because I was putting money and losing. Well I have only cashed out once before this last time I tried to. So I deposited $6 and wanted to cash out $80. Well Olivia says that I can only cash out $50 and the rest of my winnings will be voided because of some rule she was explaining. Well when I think back to when I would watch my ex play he would only deposited $5 and cash out amounts of $100-$150 several, several times and he never got hit with rule #5 . So why is it that he can cash out whatever but for me I can only take a certain amount and void the rest of my hard earned winnings. To me it sounds like favoritism and she wants to take some of my money because she was asking for a tip. Like wtf is up with this. I would like this t9 be looked into because I feel Olivia is ripping people off who ever she feels and is helping to fund terrorism here in the border town of El Paso TX first of all and who knows where else. You know how much money I have lost here with Olivia I mean Celia and that was never a problem before. So is it just me?
