Ordered x2 of the feudal knights box set. They've now changed the photo for this but at the time it showed x20 miniatures & there was no description. When they arrived there were only x12 to a box - illegal under Spanish law. Ignored all emails and requests for refund - absolutely terrible

Took my money (151€), told me they would refund it and then i never heard from them again . Won’t answer my emails or respond. 0/10 for customer service. I will be informing everyone I know in multiple gaming communities not to trust them or give them business.

De mon côté les échanges de mails se sont très bien passés, la réception également, j'ai même eu droit à des figurines exclusives en cadeau de la même armée que mes achats et la qualité du métal est vraiment au rendez-vous.
For me everything went well, from the e-mails exchanges to the reception of my order, I even got exclusive miniatures as a gift, from the same army of my order, and the quality of the metal is really on point.

Beware of cheaters!!!
I ordered hero quest 2 years ago in march 2016. Already paid the whole price (141,88€) since then i did not hear anything from them. They never answered my writings. I fear, the money is lost. Gamezone miniatures seems to be cheaters

I unfortunately try to pre order Heroquest 25th anniversary.
I finally asked gamezone miniatures to cancel my command and proceed to refund. As they asked me if my choice was irrevocable, I answered yes and ask again for command cancelation and refund. Since then, no more answer from gamezone miniatures.
On the opposite of the other notes, I am intending a legal procedure and will not offer them my money. There are some official european organism specialized in e-shop litigation (DIRECCTE for France), consummer associations and of course court.
If not done, do not pay anything on this site. You will save time !
