Purchased product 3 hours ago with a maximum delivery window of 2 hours for an In stock item. Money was withdrawn from my account 3 hours ago. Filed a ticket and have received no response to either the ticket or my order.

4 hours waiting
I finally got my key, but after 4 hours submitting the scan of ID. No online chat, no phone call support, your mail ticket does not get replied until HOURS and hours later. Well I am lucky, I read the review of ultimatumgamekeys.com (their old name), many other people suffer worse than me. Thanks God.
Do you guys know they have internal review page in their website? Yup. i posted negative review there, and they dont publish it :) the content is similar with what I wrote here.
My advise. Avoid this site!
Waiting, verification, out of stock?
Their website says a CD key should be dispatched within 2 hours. It was around 4 hours before I even got an email asking for verification, rather than my CD key. After providing verification, they told me they were out of stock and would be in stock tomorrow. Why didn't it say they were out of stock on the website? I think customer support lied, so they wouldn't have to do their job. Either way, when a customer buys something, you provide them with the item. This is ridiculous.
Scam
Bought bioshock 1 key and it was never delivered. Only after I threatened them to sue, they refund me
