Used Gardening Naturally a number of times and the products and service have been excellent. When a package arrived damaged recently, the damaged goods were replaced within 24-hours. First-class service from a first-class company. Will definitely use again.

I was recommended Gardening Naturally by a neighbour on our allotment and decided to place an order. One of the items - a bamboo seed tray, which I liked as a sustainable choice arrived with a broken corner, likely due to courier handling.

I contacted Gardening Naturally and spoke with Jack, who quickly guided me through filing a complaint with a photo. They responded promptly and offered to send a replacement tray - the exact one I wanted and said I could keep or dispose of the original. I chose to keep it.

The replacement arrived the very next day via Royal Mail. The whole process took only a few hours and the service was friendly, professional, and efficient. I’m very pleased with the outcome and would happily recommend Gardening Naturally for quality gardening supplies and excellent customer support.

Great products and delivery.
One item had a missing part. After an email and further comms, part arrived quickly.

Their lightweight cages and butterfly netting are brilliant for protecting the strawberries and veg from cabbage whites, birds, pheasants etc, but the bees can get through.  I had a problem with one net, but they sent a replacement without any bother, they couldn't have been more helpful.
