Excellent quality plants, very well packaged arrived in good time and are looking great in my garden.

Wonderful choice

Poor quality plants delivered on the hottest day of the year; this is after they said they would not deliver during recent heatwave. spent time talking to their bot which assured me someone would contact me. I sent an email to their “Ineedhelp” address with no response. Very poor. I spend over £200 on two plants that were not in good condition.

Plants arrived in very good condition so well done GE, just acclimatising them before planting out, also thanks to the courier company who obviously looked after them whilst in transit

If I could give no stars I would! I ordered two plants both arriving in very bad condition. The one topiary tree is covered in mites and the second tree is literally a 2 meter twig! The little leaves on it are all dried up and diseased. I’ve tried contacting their customer service but you can only contact them on their chat bot! They say they’ll contact you in 3 days but this is the 3rd time I’ve tried to contact them in over 2 weeks!! I wish I’d seen these reviews before I ordered as I definitely would not order from them. Atrocious non existent customer service and the trees are useless! Waste of money! I will be taking this up with the consumer rights ombudsman.

I ordered two 3-4ft Mexican Washingtonia Robusta fan palm plants, items arrived poorly packaged and showing signs of not being well maintained. Disappointed.

They two 3 weeks to deliver my plants, they were with the courier for two days so they arrived in a very por condition. Their chat box is the only way of contacting them and it never seems to work. Cheap but not really worth it, not value for money. I will not be buying from them ever again.

I’ve ordered quite a few plants from Gardening Express most of the plants are really good with a couple not surviving you wait about 2 weeks for delivery being disabled they are ideal for me to order exactly what I want so overall they are a very good company too deal with it would be 5 stars but delivery is a bit longer than usual.

The plants were very well packed and arrived looking healthy. It was useful to be informed of when to expect them. Overall very good service thanks

I should have read the reviews on this company before I ordered 3 Salvia plants that arrived this week the battered box was a good indication as to its contents it looked as if DHL had kicked all the way to my home and only one plant was salvageable .
Sadly Gardening Express is not contactable only by a useless robot that promises a call back but does not deliver. I tried to find a method of uploading a series of pictures of the damaged plants but failed.
Don’t waste your money on a company that won’t communicate with its customers

Horrendous experience, customer service doesnt exist. Somebody elses order delivered - not my expensive topiary shrubs, i suspect somebody else has got those. My enquiry was escalated 3 times, and i asked for e refund - nobody has contacted me. Just another reason to be angry with the world.

Ordered over £100 worth of plants on 22nd July - took 3 weeks to come with no updates; finally arrived and the quality of plants was shocking. Three were dead; many more had a fungal infection or were poorly looked after and some just didn't arrive. I am trying my best to revive what I can but I have been unable to get in contact with them to ask where the missing plants are and a refund for the dead and poorly plants. I have tried several emails as well as through their chatbot but nothing. Do not waste your time or money - awful.

All ten plants were in good condition on arrival despite battered pots; packaging was good and plants well protected. Cannot describe delivery as 'Express'.

Took my money (£34.95) no acknowledgement sent and no goods received. No customer service to address the issue. Fraudulent company DO NOT USE THEM

Our plants were delivered on time, they were very well packaged and very healthy plants too.
I have ordered again today and will not hesitate to order in the futer.

I ordered plants from this seller and on arrival the plants were in a pretty poor condition. 3 plants squashed into a very narrow box the plants were bone dry, lots of roots coming out of bottom of pots, and half the height of plants were bare of foliage with pines falling off the rest as soon as you touch them. Nothing like what was advertised. Contacted company and told someone would be in touch to discuss within 3 days. As of yet no response from them. All you get is an automated bot .
I would never recommend this company due to poor quality of plants purchased, excessive delay times, packaging of plants and most of all lack of communication. Give them a wide berth

I am always happy with Gardening Express as there plants are reasonably priced and usually in good condition. The arrive quickly too
