This company was booked up but due to selling my house I needed to get a service done on my boiler. They arranged for an engineer to work overtime to help me out. He was on time, clean, did the job very well and was very polite. He even text the next day to check all was well. Very happy with Gas-Fix they really went above and beyond.

Great experience, clean tidy and very good service.

New central heating and boiler installed to replace micro bore system that had failed.
Really happy with the communication prior to installation, the quality of installation (virtually no damage to decoration) professionalism of installation engineers and respect shown to property.

Have had a domestic central heating maintenance contract with Gas-Fix for many years. The firm responds quickly to call-outs and urgent pleas for help, and staff are always friendly and helpful. For non-urgent work, attendance timescales can be a little slower than desired because of their volume of customers, which is a sign of how well the company is regarded. Generally, very reassured by Gas-Fix and, when things go wrong, its good to know that there is a local firm I can turn to.

Tyler came to carry out the annual service on our boiler. He arrived on time, was polite and respectful of my home. He left everything clean and tidy. I am very happy with the service I receive from Gas-Fix and I would consider Tyler an asset to the business.

Gas-fix replaced our very old boiler with a new Baxi boiler. Darryl our engineer was very efficient and knowledgeable with the new and old system. He was professional, hard working and courteous at all times. I would highly recommend this service. Thank you Gas-fix we are happy customers.

We needed a replacement boiler after the existing one, which had been installed about 13 years ago, was found during annual service to be unsafe. We ordered a replacement from GasFix which was installed last week. The engineer went out of his way to provide an excellent result, requiring some modification to existing pipework, and gave the whole heating system a thorough check. We are extremely pleased with both the actual installation and the result.

Excellent service - very professional

Very professional service from initial phone call to engineer carrying out the work needed to get my hot water back on. They came out the same day of phone call and fixed the problem on the same day.

Fitted new boiler.
All very streamlined, from quote to fitting. Kitchen left tidy after work, arrived at agreed time and very helpful and friendly.

GasFix office staff handled the issue with their customary polite professionalism and
Graig (Engineer) not only resolved the issue speedily but, like the true gentleman he is, took his shoes of.
He also remained courteous and focussed even during continued interruption with my helpful suggestions 😊
Would I recommend to a friend – most definitely.

My boiler broke down on a weekend. Phoned Gas-Fix and Melissa arranged for an engineer to call the same day. Darryl arrived and fixed the problem. Great service, prompt, polite and professional. Couldn't ask for any more.
