Unbelievable service. I rang with a faulty boiler on the Tuesday, knew they were busy as it was December. They took into account I had two young children at home and by the Wednesday afternoon it was all completed, new boiler fitted & old one taken away. Great price. Top staff :) thanks so much !

Excellent service. Initially opted for a company we had used before but having had a survey and quote and then heard nothing for weeks, eventually found that they had gone out of business. Found another local company who really let us down by failing to turn up on the agreed day. Called Chloe at GA Services and was immediately reassured that they could do the job quickly and at a reasonable price. Engineer (Demo) arrived on time and with all the right equipment and set to work. He worked very hard all day and by 4pm we had a new Worcester Greenstar 30 boiler in and functioning. Given that they are only about 150yards from where we live I cannot understand why I didn’t go with GA Services in the first place. Thank you GA Services for restoring my faith in local traders.

Excellent service from start to finish. I first contacted GA Services last year enquiring about a boiler fitting. The communication at that time was excellent and the quotation was quick and by far the most reasonable. Almost a year later, I finally got round to being in a position to have to boiler fitted and contacted Chloe and, once again, the communication was excellent. Quick, friendly, helpful. The quotation was accepted, finance set up, and a date arranged all within a couple of hours. The next day, an engineer came just to check things out and a couple of days later, I returned home from a trip away to find the job done. When I walked in, I couldn't believe how clean and tidy they had left the place. Except for the sparkly new boiler, it was as if they had never been...and it was quite a big, messy job. Lots of companies say they will leave the place clean and tidy, but GA Services left it almost cleaner than when I went away!! When I got home, the electrician gave me a good run through on how to use the new thermostat and the engineer came back to check I was happy with everything and answer any questions. I have no problem in recommending GA Services and will definitely be in touch again if anything needs doing. Thankyou!
