We were extremely happy with the service from beginning to end. Our initial enquiry was dealt with promptly and efficiently. An examination of our central heating boiler and diagnosis of the problem and estimate of cost was carried out the morning after our enquiry, again very efficiently and courteously and with attention to the need for COVID related measures to be taken such as keeping socially distanced and wearing masks. The fitting of our new boiler was carried out promptly, with minimum disruption and in a very professional manner by all concerned and the worker who fitted the boiler worked on into the early evening to finish the job - no 9-5 attitude there! The cost of the work compared favourably with other estimates and the paperwork and follow up and overall support has been exemplary. We would not hesitate to recommend you to others.

Excellent service from everyone I dealt with from Chloe to Mark and George. Whether on the phone or in person, they were professional and helpful. Engineer George replaced original pipework which is now of a great standard and is neat and tidy. The installation of the boiler was thorough and Covid-secure with cleanliness second to none. Before i rang this company, I rang around for 3 estimates from different companies. I rang GA services and spoke to a very polite and knowledgeable man called Marc, i discussed with him that i need a new combi boiler, he went through all my options and what it would cost, the price he gave me to remove and fit the new boiler was so much cheaper than the other estimates, in fact he was £ 385 to £510 cheaper than than the other 3. The job was carried out yesterday by a guy called Matt who done a brilliant job and left the place clean as a whistle. Don't bother to look elsewhere if you want a new boiler these guys are at the top of their profession for price and installation.

GA services were absolutely fantastic , from Maya who got me an engineer face time at short notice , and Mark who called me the same evening to make sure I was getting the right boiler we required , and within under a week my boiler was installed, and the engineer was absolutely brilliant worked efficiently, tidy, and polite .

Asked for quote . No reply Asked again, no reply. I called , 26 hrs later, no reply.

From start to finish I was greeted kindly and professionally. My surveyor Adam knows the trade and was able to explain lots of technical information to me. Maya and Alex in customer support were always happy to speak to me addressing any concerns and problems that arose. Nothing was too much for them and it was nice to not needing to speak to 5 or 6 other people. Like with other reviews, the communication from this company is excellent, most of the larger companies can take a leaf out of their book. For the install the plumber, Jake, was running solo, arrived at a decent time and asked for permission to use other parts of my home. I felt he was very respectful and honest. He was done by 1pm and took me through the boiler controls. He left my house cleaner than it was to start with, but I couldn't get him to wash my dishes for me :(
Joking aside, I can't recommend GA Services enough. The people make the company, their prices are extremely competitive and put the other more well known contractors to shame.

Despite not using GA in the end (we used someone more local to where we live) I can’t recommend the guy that carried out our survey for a new boiler highly enough. Ricky was very knowledgeable, and enthusiastic without being pushy. The quote was detailed and competitive. Maybe next time!

Fantastic experience - we had a condemned boiler on a Friday afternoon, GA Services were excellent throughout, explained the options on a call and were able to remotely inspect the property and check a replacement could be put in without any issues. Very knowledgeable, explained the boiler options, and were easy to communicate with throughout. They even managed to rearrange some jobs and book us in on Monday so we had heating / hot water back ASAP! Jake, the engineer doing the install, was super friendly, helpful, quick, and explained the new boiler and thermostat. Would absolutely recommend - thank you!
