Good job under difficult Covid 19 restrictions

GA Services were really efficient from start to finish. First Mark Gordon was thorough with his explanation of what needed to be done and he was quick to produce a competitive quotation. Another winning factor was the quick turn around. The job was completed within two weeks of my initial inquiry.
Robbie Williams and Connor did the whole job in less than a day. They were pleasant, efficient and helped to make the whole experience much less of a hassle than I had anticipated. Well done to team GA Services!

From the first telephone enquiry to the installation GA Services were excellent. They installed a new system into my mothers house which led me to contact them myself. Ricky came to assess the property and came up with an excellent solution to how we could relocate the boiler in a way which minimised disruption and cost while maximising on space and efficiency. The extensive work was all carried out in a single day by an amazing team who were not only professional and efficient but friendly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, the service they deliver at every point is simply outstanding.

The salesman Ricky was very good. The installers were excellent. Worcester Boiler is excellent . My only problem is the controls are very modern and as we are both over 80 we may struggle to learn them . I am promised Gary will help. The cost was reasonable . We are very pleased so far. (4 days,)

I was right my wife and I could not get the hang of the operation Gary came up from Plymouth. We had a comprehensive he reset a few things. we anticipated the boiler would come the following morning it did not. with the instruction he gave me I found his deliberate mistake. He forgot to switch it on when he left. Has been working ever since. I am very impressed with this company. Their service excellent. The Worcester boiler is excellent.

We were extremely impressed with GA Services. Their professionalism from Ricky (who completed the initial assessment) to Ryan & Terry (who completed the installation). We were kept informed of the work throughout the day, they were always willing to answer any questions put to them. Very clean and tidy 'you would not have known they had been'. In our opinion they are, as they say, 'the best boiler installers in the South West'! We would have no hesitation in recommending the company. Many thanks to everyone at GA Services involved with our boiler replacement.

Very impressed with the whole service provided - my first discussion with Mark who clearly explained my options, the simplicity of applying for finance and the efficiency of the installation (within a week of deciding to go ahead) by Robbie, Connor and Leigh and the follow up communication providing all the guarantees etc. This has made the whole experience very satisfactory and would highly recommend.

They arrived on the dot were helpful and considerate, did a neat job and cleared all the rubbish away. In short they did exactly what they said they would do with zero hassle and no fuss. I know that is what we should expect, however it is not, in my experiance always the case. A good job well done.

From the moment that I first enquired about the cost of a new combie-boiler via GAServices through the difficult times that Coronavirus has given us all and onto the installation and commissioning of our completely new boiler, hot water and central heating systems, the experience of dealing with GAServices has been an incredibly positive one.
My first conversation with Chloe was a call from her to ask me what I was looking for in more detail, I then had to tell Chloe that due to the "virus" situation, I was not in a position to make a firm order at that time, I asked to be called back in four weeks time, four weeks later, I got another call from Chloe, sadly we still had no date for our move. "Not a problem, I will call you in four weeks time" was the response, four weeks later, a call came in from Alex who was on her first day with GAServices, she was a little nervous, but was clearly being nurtured by her team. Alex was similarly delightful to deal with and we arranged a survey the following week which was duly carried out by an equally enthusiastic and helpful Ricky. We agreed a price which was well within what I had budgeted for and an installation date was agreed upon. In the end, this was bumped FORWARD! The installation guys came and worked their socks off for a good 10+ hours and completed all the work in one day. Not only did they instal and commission the entire system, they cleaned up after themselves too and left the place neat and tidy.
