From ordering to delivery of my new Nissan qashqai the process was straight forward
Ordered in December for March delivery, was delivered the day I requested.
This is the second car I have purchased from GB car deals and would recommend.

This was my first experience using the company although I'd previously referred to their website to get an idea of the prices of cars that were then bought via a main dealership.
Using GB car deals was a simple and painless exercise and cut out the toing and froing of getting involved with a main dealer salesperson, something I’ve never enjoyed.
Alex, kept me regularly informed on progress and the delivery date was as stated. Information supplied by the company was full and easy to understand and follow.
I admit I had a little apprehension as I’d not purchased a car this way previously but I needn’t have worried as everything went exactly to plan. Even the advice about paying the deposit via a credit card so that the full amount of the cars value would be protected under ‘Section 75’ was helpful.
Alex at GB car deals was always available or would return missed calls and the service was excellent. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to others.

This is my 4th car from GB car deals ( Ford Fiesta 22 plate) Alex has always looked after me from start to finish with weekly updates/ progress reports/ delivery timescales and has never let me down. A first-class service from start to finish from Alex and Sarah, everything went as promised, and had a brand new car delivered to my door on a transporter, with 4 miles on the speedo. Sarah kept me informed every week with updates and was superb with any queries I had. The v5 came 1 week later as promised.
If you are thinking about buying a new car GB car deals is the place to come to, by all means look around, but come back here to be pleasantly surprised, highly recommended.

To purchase a new car is a very BIG thing, it is the next most costly purchase you are going to make after buying a house. So Gbcardeals delivered my new car in the morning and picked up my old car in the afternoon, the reason for this I was told is that you will not be without a car (putting the customer first). The whole process from ordering, having emails each week with updates of your order, to delivery went flawlessly. Got a brilliant deal on a new Volvo. Fantastic service from Alex and Tracey. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this company.

Ordered my Nissan Qashqai in March before the lockdown, this caused major delays with delivery dates kept being pushed back. Eventually in August Tracey offered to move the date back to September so I could benefit from the new registration.
Car delivered today exactly as planned, even had a call an hour before delivery saying he was on his way.
Car was delivered with 5 miles on the clock and my part exchange was collected 2 hours later.
As with many others I was dubious of the deal and had many sleepness nights, all to no avail.
I can't recommend any higher

Today I took delivery of my Nissan new generation Juke Tekna+ I am absolutely delighted with the car and the amazing amount of money I saved, this saving allowed me to get the top of the range model. Everything from the ordering online to the delivery was brilliant and Tracey’s communication was 1st class, every week you receive an email with updates. Obviously because of lockdown there were unavoidable delays, but Tracy kept me informed every step of the way. Like everyone mentions ordering a car online seems a bit daunting but the amount you save compared to Dealerships is well worth it.

Just taken delivery of our Qashqai Tekna and we are delighted. We ordered the car in February for March delivery and we were a bit apprehensive about buying the car over the internet however Tracey has been very good keeping us informed and reassured. The only downside of our purchase was that we should have had it delivered on 25th March but due to Covid 19 we have only received it today. The delivery driver was very good and informative. Look forward to learning to drive an automatic!

The price is great and the service generally reliable but be very careful ; if anything, and I mean anything, goes wrong, this organisation clams up and will not communicate. Alex would rather lose a customer than part with £7.50 to share the cost of a jointly created problem. Don't let me put you off, but make sure every little detail of the transaction is nailed down and discharged correctly to avoid being out of pocket

When I posted the towbar I emailed gbcardeals saying they should have added the towbar to the checklist the collection driver went through very carefully. I suggested that maybe they'd like to share the postage cost in return for this improvement in their process. There was no reply. There was no response to several emails I sent over several weeks trying to establish whether the towbar had been received.
But I have a response now, thanks to Trustpilot! I rest my case and wish Alex and gbcardeals continued success.
