First-rate customer experience
The customer experience with this product was first-rate - I needed this product as a desperate urgent replacement before playing at an event and had urgent important questions to ask about it, as well as an issue with the email address I entered when buying. When I called customer service about the product, I got through straight away to someone friendly who gave me exactly the information I needed. When I emailed due to the problem with email confirmation, I got a reply straight away with the problem fixed as well. This all happened within the space of 24 hours before I had to get on a plane with the equipment and I'm so grateful for this excellent customer service. Thank you!

Big fan of Gear4Music
This is the second instrument I've purchased from them. For the first instrument, actually visited their main store to test the product in person and the team was super approachable and helpful. After receiving the guitar
After receiving the guitar, I ran into some issues with it. The guitar needed repairs. At first, I decided to check with some local repair shops, but when they inspected the guitar, they quoted a price that was beyond my means, so I decided to contact the store where I ordered the guitar for help, since I have a warranty on this product. An assistant named Sanna K. advised me to bring the guitar in for repairs directly at their store and said that the repairs would be free under the warranty, but that I would have to wait 2–4 weeks. Unfortunately, I couldn’t wait that long, since I had just started working at a studio, had a lot of scheduled recording sessions, and needed the instrument. So Sanna K. was very understanding, put herself in my shoes, and competently explained alternative solutions to the problem—one of which was partial financial assistance to cover the repair costs—for which I am incredibly grateful. Now the guitar has been repaired and works perfectly. Upon a detailed inspection, the technician said the repair would cost less than expected, so I informed the store so they could refund the remaining balance, but they told me I could spend it on things like picks or guitar straps instead. So, taking advantage of this, I’m able to chip in some money and buy myself a bass guitar, and I’ll do it at this very store, because I know that if something goes wrong, they’ll give me expert advice and provide all the help they can.
