Rechargeable battery fan
I ordered a rechargeable battery fan and it arrived the next working day. It's exactly as described on the Geek store website and works well so I'm happy with my purchase.
Items not as advertised
I ordered a phone case advertised as having 3 card slots. It arrived with only 2 card slots. I wanted a refund but - haven't heard back from them. No phone number on the website either.
Are those people fraudsters?
Ordered a smart door bell which according to website had a TF slot to insert an SD card for recording. Unfortunately when it arrived it had no such slot meaning no recording option apart from a cloud service that you have to pay for ($64 per year). I asked for a refund as this was clearly misrepresentation of the item on their website. They didn't want to pay for the courier to return the door bell so now I'm going to talk to my bank for a charge-back. Those people are extremely slow to respond, up to three working days between emails.

Arrogant, slow communication and a lottery which product will show up.
I know it's difficult with such low prices and nice choices but I'll certainly try to avoid this company in the future.
Communications lacking.
Bought a phone case a few months ago and was happy with the case and speed of delivery. However ordered a different case on the 26th Dec (got confirmation of order). Nothing to advise business closed over holiday period. No answer to my followup email requesting shipping eta. No telephone number to contact. Communications seem to be sadly lacking and imo this is not good enough.
An update. Communications from the store resumed on the 9th Jan and my new phone case was delivered on the 13th Jan 2026.

Have now purchased more than four items from this company. Never had an issue at all. Delivery has always been prompt and the product as described.
The last purchase was delayed by NZ Post and their communication was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered Phone Cases
Ordered phone case for myself & partners phone,the 1 I ordered for me was a Pro case, GeekStore happily refunded my money, purchased another 2, the correct ones this time, cases arrived 2 days after order was placed & paid for less the refund I got as well.
Very happy with purchase, sometimes a bit slow to answer emails, but that might be cause they are busy, not sure, but was happy with outcome.

Received a cracked screen protector
Received a cracked screen protector. The shop would not issue an RMA for return or exchange without me providing photo or video evidence, which is ridiculous. I'm just going to chuck it in the bin and leave this review in the hopes that others will avoid this shop. I refuse to play into this behavior. I run my own small business online shop and would never treat my customers like this.
Avoid and don't get ripped off

Sent me the wrong item and continually ignored request for help or refund. Beyond terrible, will never use again and if you have any self-respect, neither will you.

This is a genuine review. I did something I don't normally do when I order from a 1st time used company and that is do a check. I ordered 2 new ph cases They were due 23 Jan. I had a notification from them saying there was a delay. I thought that was good service. I remembered I hadn't done a check, I did one and found a lot of not good news. I got a bit panicky I must say. The package arrived 24th as they said. Cases are gorgeous. Perfect fit. A well happy customer
Very poor customer service
Product supplied wasn't the size advertised, refunded only for product purchase not the costs to return. Multiple emails were ignored completely.
I will happily use Geek Store again
I purchased two items but accidently ordered three. I quickly notified the store and I received a polite email and a refund. My order arrived quickly and the items we're above the quality I expected they could have been for the price I paid. I will happily use Geek Store again.
These guys are a waste of space
These guys are a waste of space. Took too long for the package to be sent out then when we did get our order it was totally incorrect. Have emailed them but no response and their ph no dont work ither. Based in Henderson i think a wee visit might be in order.
Terrible products and even worse customer service
Ordered a replacement battery for my vacuum. The product they sent me did not even charge and was completely useless.
When trying to get a refund they ghosted my six different attempts to contact them.
False advertising.
Ordered a product that was only 1/4 the advertised size/weight. Asked for refund with photo proof, they wanted to item back first and seemed to agree to also cover the return postage. Did get a refund for original cost but not return postage, then ghosted me after.
I can't give these guys a lesser score
I can't give these guys a lesser score, they straight out lied with their adds, bought a CCD Barcode scanner that their site said could do 2D barcodes, it can't it can handle most barcodes but not the ones I specifically wanted. I attempted to post two reviews and neither of them appears after 3 days. In short they lie their products don't do what they say they will do, they refuse to do anything about their lies so ill do it for them.

Geek store are awesome to deal with. I have now bought several items from them, on line. No hassle, great range at great prices and rapid delivery. I recommend them 100%

Faulty product and no reply to numerous live chats and emails sent. Won’t purchase from them again and will DEFINITELY not be recommending them to anyone
Saw a WACOM tablet advertised on…
GEEK STORE DOES NOT EXIST!!!!!!
Saw a WACOM tablet advertised on Pricespy available at the GEEK STORE. Tried to call GEEK STORE no answer. Decided to drive through to Henderson. GEEK STORE DOES NOT EXIST. Saw a sign on building saying EQ Holdings which turns out to be the holding company for GEEK STORE. Went to the store and all windows were covered with cardboard. Knocked and an Asian lady came out. Saw inside and enter store was just filled with junk. She asked what product and said they don't have it.
Asked if could order it she said no.
Very suspect.
