Shambles.
It’s shocking that any company would use this company to help with their logistics. Refused to deliver my car when agreed. Won’t let me pick up my car. Awful. Was told by lookers.co.uk that they were just too busy to deliver my car.

Gefco is by a country mile the worst company I have ever come across in my entire life. Absolute joke!

completely crushed package containing products intended for animals. the delivery man does not deliver the package when I am present because he did not want to go up to the house. he called but I didn't have my phone on me, he left when he knew that I was present because I had been on the phone 30 minutes before.

Was meant to have my new Peugeot car delivered two weeks ago. A massive system error from Gefco led to over 5000 cars not being delivered. I’ve been left without a car living in the countryside with unreliable bus services. Had to cancel plans to see sick relatives. They still haven’t provided a delivery date and it’s looking like I won’t have a car at Xmas. Awful company who can’t even get the basic core technology and services right. Can’t believe Peugeot risks its reputation working for this joke of an “organisation”.
Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. They had my car scheduled for delivery with an actual time on it. Two weeks have passed and still no sign of it.

They picked up my package over 2 weeks ago, but haven't given me any updates and aren't responding to any attempts to contact them. The item was a return organised by a separate company, so it's looking like the item is lost, and no one wants to take responsibility. Incredibly frustrating.

Have ordered a new van 18 months ago it turned up a few weeks ago finally and is still stuck in the docks, I have had 2 delivery days the first they cancelled a day before and today I called and it’s been cancelled also. I have an insured van I can’t use and would potentially have to hire a vehicle while they sort another date.

The worst service in the world
I have appointed for deliver three times, but none of them was delivered within the time log. Until now, I still could not receive my product. I tried to call the customer service, but none of the telephone numbers which I found is appropriate. Which number shall I call?

I have to give one star, but they deserve none. Parcel was scheduled to arrive 28/08. But nothing. Tried to contact Gefco in Germany on 17/09, where according to their tracing the parcel was. Tracking MF07400. They promised to investigate and asked me to call back the next day. They were lacking some paperwork. Since then it has not been possible to get hold of a single person in that company in any German office (Berlin, Mainz, Wuppertal to name a few). All lines dead. No success with email either. Today is 01/10. Dead end and I am beginning to think that my parcel (worth 2,000 EUR) has to be written of. Tried to contact Gefco in another country (UK), but to absolutely no avail Next step legal action? Ridiculous rip-off! Stay well clear!
Going to deliver my car today?
Meant to be delivering a car to me today, just spent 30 minutes on their website trying to find a number or reasonable way of contacting them, impossible or at the very least very difficult.
Lost a package containing 3 chairs! It wasn't small...
I ordered some furniture through Sklum which was delivered by GEFCO, but when I needed to return it GEFCO lost one of the boxes of chairs so I have been unable to get my refund for the last 3 months. They took away 2 boxes, but claimed they only took 1. They didn't leave me with any paperwork and now it's just my word against theirs. Sklum have been trying to trace the lost package, but have been unable to get a response. I despair of ever getting my money back.
New Car Delivery
I ordered a new Peugeot for delivery to my home address. I was advised a delivery day with time slot and the car arrived on time. The driver was very smartly dressed, polite and professional, he checked my old car over with an app on his phone and took it away.
Very happy with the service, easy way to get your car.
