I’ve ordered gelaskins since my first Apple iPhone in 2007. They never cease to amaze me how they duplicate my design on each skin. Recently, I ordered a new skin for my iPhone 18 and they were fast in delivering it to me. However, they weren’t happy with the excellence of the product although I thought it was fine. But they got new stock in and created my perfect skin, once again making for a totally satisfied customer. I love this quality company.

Not only was the product delivered in a timely manor, but it also arrived in pristine condition. Never have I ever seen such a great decal for a computer that had its quality improved before printing to make it more appealing. The team did a great job and I love my decal.

Update to my original post - The owner contacted me, listened to all my issues and get this - HE FIXED THE ISSUES AND SENT ME NEW CASES. I've never had a company care so much about how I felt about a product. My cases are exactly what I had hoped for now. Fantastic experience.

Purchased two Iphone 17Pro Max cases. Was not made aware it came in two pieces on the back - the majority being shiny and the part around the camera lens being matte. Looks awful. Case does not fit phone well. Never dropped and still somehow, the has front cracked - no protection! I've only had it a week and my new phone is already damaged. My last iphone never cracked or chipped over 3 years. And the worse part - no refunds! Overpriced and not worth it.

Excellent company! Ordered wrong size case and they were so quick to respond and correct the situation. Sounded like owner of company called. All Canadian. Can’t recommend enough ❤️

From the ease of ordering online to the "in store" pick up, the entire process was amazing. FANTASTIC customer support -when I got there to pick it up they even helped me put the Gelaskin on my Macbook!
The quality of the picture is even better in real life - I am extremely pleased with how great it makes my Mac look.

I Had a laptop that wasn't listed on their site i left a note to have it in the different version and ordered a mac one. also gave a custom image the quality is unparalleled and it gave many attempts to take it on and off again without giving me any issues.

I've been buying Gelaskins product for more than a decade, first buying iPod skins long before switching to an iPhone. They've always made quality products with beautiful art, but they really excel at customer service. When I purchased a new laptop that they didn't have, Jamie on their team worked with me to get the specs and produce a beautiful skin.

Nothing to say about the product, it's a 3M product so it's easy to use.
One thing though, stay away if you are not in the US or Canada, you will have expensive delivery fees AND taxes. It means that any product from them at 28€ will cost you 65€!
Yep, 65€ for a sheet of plastic.

Great product and great customer service! I've used GelaSkins to protect many devices over the years. My last skin arrived without being pre-cut, so I reached out for assistance and a replacement was sent the next day!

I have been buying custom iPhone skins from Gelaskins since the original iPhone. I finally bought a custom Tough Case and couldn’t be happier! Always awesome, always fast.

GelaSkins is my place for personalized covers. This time I decided to toot my own horn and create a laptop cover comprised of my published books. The result was gorgeous, although I knew it would be. I reluctantly removed my previous cover, also by GelaSkins, that looked as if it would last forever. I'm a customer for life!

I messed up and ordered the wrong size for my device. Jamie helped out and sent me a corrected version, only charging for shipping! It was totally my fault, but Gelaskins really went out of their way to provide great customer service. I have used them for years (when I get a new device) and have always been extremely happy with the products. I teach at university, and get comments all the time about my device covers from Gelaskins! All 5 stars are completely deserved!

Damn near perfect … but not quite. I love my new Tough cover, but wish the spongy black part came up a little bit more above the hard shell so it could stick on less than level surfaces. My old iPhone 7plus Tough case had a bigger black liner, and stayed put when placed face down on the wooden arm of my couch (slightly angled, not level).

Great product, design and fast shipping.

I mentioned to the artist that I had gotten a case from GelaSkins and he said he didn't sell though them. I urged him to get in contact and a couple days later he told me that they were sending him 5 years of back royalties!

Fast shipping, and good quality phone case.

I created my own custom Cub Swanson iPhone X case. I selected expedited shipping and paid the extra. Julie at Gelaskins was back to me shortly after letting me know that they were out of stock of my selected case, so I was able to select another case that would fit the iPhone X, or wait. I elected to wait and she refunded the courier charge for me. I didn't have to wait very long for the order to be filled and my case arrived and I am pleased as always (this is about my 5th time ordering with Gelaskins). Super happy with the product and the fast resolution!
