Just got back into Carp fishing after a lengthy break & when I started reviewing all the new & popular equipment I decided to try Gemini Tackle as their website demonstrates the benefits of their products……
Received my first order in secure & professional packaging with handy instructions of how to utilise the products.
Would highly recommend this company & their products

Should have read this before I ordered ! 3 calls and 2 emails later and just a simple “we will refund you” after promise after promise to get stuff out, pity as the gear is top notch but the customer services seems like it doesn’t match the product :-(

Beware of this company! I ordered custom carp booms and wafters from them. Unable to contact them after several attempts about items that never arrived. Had to be refunded by my bank to get my money back. No customers service at all.

I have now ordered a few times from this company and can honestly say they are extremely good orders are always correct and received very quickly,
I highly recommend Gemini Tackle.

I put in an order and then decided to add to it and asked if the could add it, I was told it was to late.
They did sort me out and they responded to all my emails. I have purchased before and the items are of very goos quality and will buy again.

Extremely poor customer service in fact its not non existent unless you have a question before purchase, order didn’t arrive and this company completely ignored all attempts of communication, I am still trying to get a refund 20 days later

I ordered a variety of rigs from here and I've used them before without issue. I otdered them all in size 6 but one arrived size 8. I contacted the company twice but they blanked me. Very disappointing as the quality of goods is of a good quality.
