I’ve bought a number of pallets from Gem Wholesale for my small business and the stock arrives as described and promptly. Really happy with communication from Paula who is very quick to respond to emails!

I've been using Gem Wholesale for a year now and they are my regular supplier. Their stock matches the manifest and comes in the condition expected. They have good delivery times and service. Their customer service is excellent, they have always answered their emails quickly and efficiently. Will be continuing to use them!!

Very happy with the pallets of goods received and they even phoned when we placed the first order to check we understood what we were buying, so excellent customer service too.

I’ve used Gem Wholesale for several years and spent thousands with them, and can’t fault either their products or customer service. Their terms and conditions clearly state the grade and condition of items so you know exactly what you are buying. If you don’t understand this then you are an idiot. Their descriptions are always perfect and items received always the grade stated and often better. You can actually get some great items in returns and clearance items are always perfect. This is an honest company so ignore the negative reviews as these are clearly morons who don’t understand what they are buying. Keep up the fantastic work

I have been buying from this company for over 2 years now and find them nothing less than fantastic!! My latest pallet arrived within 24, which is amazing and the items were securely packed and undamaged.

We've used Gem Wholesale a number of times and the service is always consistently good. Fast delivery, normally next day on smaller parcels, 2-3 days for pallets. Quality grading has been as detailed so far. We'll definitely be ordering again.

I bought a pallet for £400, 95% of it had to be thrown away. If you want to buy a pallet that is made so that nothing is visible, know that everything is just thrown inside, everything is broken, dirty and smelly and is not suitable for anything. Never again from this place, I do not recommend

First time ordering off gems and I must say the receptionist was lovely talked me through everything I didn't know, then the delivery guy was outstanding went out of his way to help!! Got a fantastic pallet too. Can't thank the staff enough for a hassle free transaction and delivery.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Iv used gem wholesale for about 10 years I tend to stay away from electronics as it’s ex catalogue stock returns I can’t fix broken electrical items Iv mainly stuck to furniture and never had a pallet Iv not made a profit on
The vat and delivery charges is a killer with profit and I don’t agree with being charged for delivery per pallet rather than just 1 price for delivery regardless of the amount of pallets bought at once

Easily the best wholesaler to deal with! Website is so straightforward and never had a problem with any of my orders!

If there are any questions I have, the team respond pretty fast and effective!

5 Stars from me! I’ve ordered 3 times from Gem Wholesalers and every time I have been left so impressed. The first time I ordered an electrical returns pallet, around 80% of the items where brand new in a box or showed minimal use which we sold for profit, the remaining 20%, well it’s amazing what people buy at a car boot sale! My second pallet was a lucky dip clothing and I was left speechless with what was inside. I had brand new items from Levi’s, Jack & Jones, Adidas, Ralph Lauren, etc! I’ve made my money back on this pallet and still have 65% of the clothing yet to sell!! If you are thinking of investing in a pallet/carton etc, absolutely do. They very clearly explain the grades on the website and are very helpful when I’ve needed to contact them via phone or Facebook with delivery queries etc. 10/10 from me!

I buying with gem few months, very first experience was really good - could resell the staff. The last pallets what I bought - pharmacy is some misunderstanding ! Most of it is expired products / drinks. Expiry date was even 2017. What a joke to put something like that on a pallet ! The rest of it is damaged - used. I don’t know who check the products but to put value of pallet of over 2000 grand is shame ! We had to put most of the stock to bin … with every months was worst experience but that last pallet is really joke - loosing the money

Bought a pallet, They ring you to advise you that you are buying a returns pallet etc (website states it too).
I bought a pallet with 14 microwaves and 1 hoover. Was able to rectify a good portion of the goods back to working order (free) didn't spend a penny. I've made my money back + some change on top. If you know what you are doing you can make quick profit in a few days.

I purchased a returns pallet from Gem Wholesale. I couldn't fault them. Their communication was excellent from start to finish and the goods were exactly as described. I will be using them again in the future.

I have used gem wholesale for about a year now. Occasionally ordering a fair few pallets or just once every 6 months. It's very easy to do, you have to be prepared that some things will arrive broken beyond repair if you purchase returns. I have only had one issue which was not gem wholesales responsibility the delivery company unfortunately dropped a pallet from height and thankfully the contents were ok apart from a couple of small items however the staff at gem wholesale were fantastic about it. Couldn't fault them.
