Leytonstone GDK Was Good Now Bad
Leytonstone GDK, Loved it first time. 2nd 3rd time bad.
Main ingredient one meal soy and one meal chicken reused or over cooked, suspect refried. almost inedible to chew. So disappointing after the 1st time the "Donner Done Right"
Rip off
Kebab wrap for a fiver contained a few scraps of meat and was mostly bread and chips. It's half the size of a sausage roll and it so out priced for an entry point.
GDK will suffer by ripping off the public.
Sales are everything, not cutting costs and overcharging.
Won't be back.
Avoid
I made my order at the browser, the money was deducted from my account twice but order on the main screen failed. Now it is 2 weeks still haven’t received my money. The manager said it is pending, it will clear, you don’t need to do anything, but actually my money were deducted twice and I never received my refund. Never had such an experience.
Cold and unacceptable
good very cold, everything! no ham in doughnuts, no flaming spice in chips after adding it as a paid extra, all the sauces were in the wrong kebabs. customer service on phone was rubbish
Food was barely edible
Food was barely edible! When the rice bowl arrived it was cold and the chips where limp, cold soggy and disgusting - don't recommend
Portion sizes are tiny
Portion sizes are tiny. All chips hardly any meat and they charge £10 for this. What a con. And if you try it in Dubai its even worse. Much better options out there. Unfortunately this was one of my favourite places to grab a snack from but its gone from bad to worse.

Great place
Great place. With amazing atmosphere in Plymouth 100% recommend
Not enough chicken on my lunch box
Victoria station
Hi, I ordered a large gym box, but it came with very little chicken and mostly vegetables, which is not what I expected. Since it’s advertised as “large,” I was expecting a large chicken doner portion, not mostly salad. Please ensure the portions match what’s described. Thanks.
This place is outstanding 5*****
Visited the store in clydebank today…
Visited the store in clydebank today for the second time and the portion size was definitely not a large portion but Hannah was absolutely amazing, she was very helpful and served us with a big smile.
Thanks Hannah.

I used to only eat gdk but today I noticed a sign stating they only use 💯 halal meat which is disgustingly cruel to animals! So now I will NEVER eat from there again! And I urge all British to boycott this company!!!
Slow.
Went to the Crawley store by the retail park. Awful service. slow. rude staff. Wasn’t even busy and I was waiting over 30 minutes for a small order for two people!!! Had to get a later train!!! Staff didn’t acknowledge me or even smile. They totally ignored another customer when they were actively talking to them at the desk!! So slow.
Very late delivery and incomplete order
Very poor service and incomplete order.
Ordered through their App, not bery intuitive.
Ordered at 7:15 on a Friday evening. Email received and text noting a delivery time of 7:40. This was repeatedly pushed back and our order was delivered at 9:08. Food was cold and the order was incomplete. Was told in a communication from GDK that my order was being delivered by Bycicle yet the chap who turned up was in a car. Strongly suggests that orders are being accepted, fir delivery by drivers and then passed on! Very poor experience with GDK and very unlikely I will order again.
I would give a big thumbs up to Uber who I complained to as that is the only contact detail given in the order confirmation email. They took time to investigate and agreed to credit the order.
