Portion sizes are actually laughable

Portion sizes are actually laughable. We both, genuinely, sat laughing at how small the portions were. Absolutely embarrassing from GDK. Absolutely nothing German about it, or Turkish, or any sort of National dish. Just a fancy lable with horrendous food.

Donner meat not properly hot

I went in GDK, Edgware Rd London. I asked for the hash brown bites and a doner burger, eat in. When the food came the mash was piping hot but I took a piece of the donner meat from the edge of the bun and it was cold. I took the bun back to the counter straight away and the lady said "I'll bring you another one". A few minutes later she returned and when I touched the meat again it was not properly hot. I said I want a refund and to speak to the manager. I was told he was not in.
I returned an hour later. He protested "look at the donners, you see them cooking". I told him you can't be serving people cold meat, especially on a day like this (there was a bitter wind outside), I want a refund.
He agreed and took my receipt and processed the refund.
I had to say to him "I didn't hear an apology from you".
He then said "I'm sorry for the trouble you have had"
They need to buck up their ideas. Westminster food hygiene need to pay them a visit!!!!

West Bromwich gdk absolutely amazing…

West Bromwich gdk absolutely amazing thanks to puiu,Albert,Anisha.
I always travel from hallgreen to West Bromwich specially for this branch as you will not get good like this anywhere else . Puiu in the kitchen always extra cooks the donner for me as the way I like it . Five stars to these guys thankyou so much to all the staff ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Got a delivery from the place in Clydebank it got delivered to wrong house left it outside in the cold food is cold driver should not be a driver don’t order from this place ever again do not order from this place ever again we dint get are juice and driver was cheeky I told him where my house was and he was really rude I will not ordering from this place ever ever again

I ordered £60 plus of different items…

I ordered £60 plus of different items and one of the box meals only turned up quarter full of chips and a few pieces of meat I ordered it through uber eats the box was around 13 pounds as we asked for extra meat uber eats only refunded 2.52 it spoiled are full treat night together as tow of the other boxes was only small and not what we paid for definitely considered this when ordering online

Great service, poor food.

The guy behind the counter in the Colchester branch could not have been more pleasant. He was welcoming and helpful, everything anyone could want in an employee.
But the food was dire, portion size was acceptable, but I did ask and pay for extra. It was cold, tasteless and overall disappointing.
The salad was fresh and plentiful, the sauces were tasteless and minuscule.
Suffice it to say I will not be eating at this chain again.
The chap who was serving deserves a better standard of product to sell, one that matches his abilities.
I didn’t complain at the time, a pointless exercise and certainly not his fault.

After 1 hour and 35 minutes waiting they have cancelled the order without any reason , left us hungry, that’s forth time I have problem with them all different but problems , very bad service I will never order again, avoid at any cost,

Fast efficient service

Fast efficient service. They have a BOGOF offer on at the moment so it's even better value. I was saving my 2nd main and the staff(Cory) offered to keep it warm until I wanted it.
The only downside is they never seem to have the mild curryworst sauce which is part of the draw, which you will understand if you've ever been to Berlin.
