The car broke down, the assistance only worried about the car
On the last day, the car broke down on the way to the airport. We received assistance from Getaround, but only as far as the next town, where they left the car.
I then had to find a 3-hour bus to get us to the airport, arriving at the very last moment.
No further assistance was provided. I had to call several times just to receive an email from Getaround confirming what had happened.
I am still waiting for an answer and for a refund of the bus tickets — if I ever receive it. They are not answering my messages.
I totally do not recommend this car, the owner, or Getaround.
