Excellent rental experience
I had an excellent rental experience, the owner (a rental company) arrived in time, the car was in good conditions. I did not have any accident or other issues, so I can't tell how assistance or insurance works.

Helpful and positive car owner. Smooth process with picking up and delivering the car.
For future users (or maybe owner), it might be useful to bring/have telephone holder in the car to use google navigator easily. The car built-in navigation system is not as intuitive these days )

Only thing woth last rent was that there were no carwash right where i supposed to deliver the car. And i drove to the neighbor city which around 8 min driving. And the carwash was not working. I told the owner, i felt so bad about it. I could've wash it earlier but i didnt want the car to be dirty before i deliver it back. If i only knew that there was no carwash near the are, i could've wash it before. Anything else is flawless.

Warning: Misleading "Extra Kilometers" Scam!
Be very careful when booking additional kilometers. During the ordering process, there is a slider for "+EXTRA Kilometers." I had 400 km base included and moved the slider to "+700." The price display increased significantly as I moved it, leading me to believe I was adding those kilometers to my base total.
In the end, I only received a total of 700 km (400 included + 300 extra). I essentially paid double the price for kilometers I didn't even get. The UI is designed to trick you into paying more for less. Avoid!
