Bought 3 items from them 4 weeks before valentines, and everything came in 3 weeks to arrive to the UK. I had Question and messaged them on instagram and they respond very quickly. With the amount of bad reviews, the company is not like that at all

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF JUNK COMPANY!! If I could have left less stars I would have. One name was ok, the other name was COMPLETELY backwards. When i tried to get them to fix it, they said it was SUPPOSE to be like that. Went back and forth with them since BEFORE FEB 14 to MAY 1,
THEN I had to PAY 62 extra dollars to ship it back to them to get a refund of less than 45 dollars. TOTAL CRAP! RIP OFF PLACE that keeps you on the hook. DONT BUY from this company. Learn from me!

Paid £47 for a personalised item including VIP service, which they never personalised and definitely didn't get VIP service. They don't have a returns policy so I would have to pay to send it back. 20% they offered me. Opened a case with Paypal now. I would avoid at all costs.

What a load of rubbish!!! Over priced for a load of crap! Took 4 weeks to come and came broken display case broken as well! Wanted £20 to send me a new one! Opened case with PayPal to get my money back.

Absolutely appalling customer service ordered product over 2 weeks ago and still isn't even in production yet and asked for a refund but am being fobbed off don't go near this company they are abysmal!!!!!!

Ordered a custom name plate, 11 days ago. No tracking information received, no communication or update about my order status. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

I bought a Personalized Embossed Named Wooden Whiskey Dispenser and Wood Coasters Set, Bar, Pub, Wine, Vodka, Liquor Dispenser, Wood Whiskey Fountain , from this site and when i got it it was ok , but i try à bottle of water , to test it , first water comes out of the little pipe behind it , then à week later i try it again after trying to fix the pipe then i réalise the water comes out yellow , so i lend it to my dad and realize something inside was gibing the rust , i paid 109,89 and i send them email and then they offer me 19$ or to send them back my Dispenser but how em i guaranteed that they will pay me back , no garanty so i try to fix it myself ! I would never buy it from them again you can make sure , and i wanna make sure no other buy from them ! Please be carefull with their products !

Ordered 140.00 bottle dispenser and they sent me an unusable product where the holes and dispenser bars do not line up. I received an email stating they will give me 20% back and will not accept returns or exchanges. What a scam!

Would give 0 if I could, ordered in November a dual letter and paid extra for a case, VIP service etc so a total of £14.73. I then proceeded to receive no update and was chasing daily. Over a month later I receive my item to find the product was not boxed and just wrapped in the bag and tapped. The box I had paid extra for was damaged. I then proceeded to contact them again and then agreed a replacement would be sent again this took over a month and the product was meant to be a Christmas present.

The replacement arrived even more damaged than the first and again I was emailing backwards and forwards. They agree to send yet another replacement and this arrived yesterday and again is damaged. The company are now saying if I wish to have a refund I need to return all times and I need to pay to send them back. The items arrived damaged and should not be on myself to send back.

The customer service team are not helpful and just put the blame back on the customer.

Despite the reviews for this company, I took a chance and I'm delighted with my order. It was a little slow but I did order right before Christmas. The items I bought (dual name illusion 3D printed signs) are good quality and I love them. They weren't cheap but were competitively priced with other companies who didn't offer the same range (which is why I took a chance - I couldn't get what I wanted anywhere else at a reasonable price). I can't comment on others bad experiences but I am very pleased.

I ordered 2 liquor dispensers accident and wouldn't let me stop the purchase even though it was the next day , when they arrived they both leak. The first one leaked on the inside and the second one constantly leaks from the clean plastic pipe on the top you can't stop.it so I've spent 150 quid on 2 absolutely useless drink dispensers. I have emailed the company alot and all they can say is have 20 per cent refund or if I want to return it I need to contact and pay the shipping company. Do not use this company as the products as crap and cheap and don't work and you will never get your money back .

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I saw an ad on FaceBook that advertised a wall mount liquor dispenser that can be personalized. I paid $130 for the product. After about two weeks of waiting for it to arrive, I checked the tracking number they had provided, and would come back with "number does not exist". I contacted the company and they provided a different one. A few days later, it arrived. The wood they used is cheap, almost like compacted wood shavings, the engraving in the wood was small and looked nothing like the picture that was advertised. To top it off, a whole board was broken off and another was loose. Instead of using nails to hold the boards together, they use glue and staples. This product is supposed to be able to hold 4 liquor bottles, highly doubt it would. I e-mailed the company asking for a refund or replacement and included a picture of the product I received. They came back with a 20% refund. Mind you, this was $130. I then asked to just have it replaced. The company said sure, but you need to pay the $15 shipping cost and we will send it to you. Again, I already spent $130 on this item. I replied with just give me a refund. They countered it with a 30% refund or I would have to pay full shipping costs to send the item back to them for a refund. Customer service is not this business' forte and their products, cheap and look nothing like what they advertise on their website.
