Nothing happened after I submitted my information except that I received emails asking me how my problem was resolved -- IT WASN'T! GetHuman needs to actually get humans on its staff to monitor communications and actively resolve problems. Don't waste your time with this service!

This is a lot more helpful than YouTube videos and YouTube comments.

As a previous review stated it takes your problem and phone number then nothing happens. Waste of time imo.

Takes the problem and then does NOTHING to resolve the issue, Then keeps sending you e-mails to ask if it has been resolved yet. A TOTAL waste of time!!!!

You would like to think this site is legit but I’ve never had any help the several times I’ve tried them. You look at the other posts on the site and nothing gets resolved ever, plus they constantly make you post the same problem each time you try to get ahold of a company which could be several times a day because they never can contact you correctly. This much bad luck doesn’t compute unless it’s a phishing expedition. Would love to be wrong but none so far.

This is a scam!! They will rip you off. The good reviews on here are faked.

I am pleased to write that I had cancelled an order and my refund was pending for many days. On contacting the Flipkart customer service, I got my refund amount credited to my bank account immediately. In the same manner an UPI payment problem was also resolved promptly. Also I was helped to get reactivation of my inactive account.

They followed up with me which is more than I can say about some of the others. I got educated about how cars were titled in the post war years, that being that the motors were the VIN numbers. The frame and body have different numbers.

Get human are very good and informative even though this is the first time I have used them.

GeHuman helped my daughter and I immensely with a misunderstanding concerning the account. It was unfairly suspended and Gethuman helped us get the account reinstated. I highly recommend this service to everyone.
