I'm not sure if 'gethuman' triggered the call from HR-Block, but I received a call from Pearl at HR-Block, who walked me through all the steps needed and sent me all the URLs needed to correct the Windows 10 HR-Block Business problem that was occurring. She even stayed with me while I started the HR-Business program 2019 and imported 2018 data which needed additional 'corrections' to work in Windows 10. Kudos to Pearl at HR-Block Tier II support!!!!!

COMPLETELY USELESS and frustrating.
GetHuman is the only supposed "customer support" base of a number of online platforms I need to access at work, and I groan when customer support links lead me there. It is completely useless. It takes in questions and does nothing to help answer them, and then emails me a bunch, asking if the problem is resolved. IT IS NEVER RESOLVED.
It needs actual humans to review the questions so that they actually get answered. The bot does not give helpful answers. Ironic that its called "get human" and clearly no human ever reviews or answers the questions submitted to it.
We'd all be better off if platforms stopped using it. I'm lookin at you, Twitter... among others.
Don't outsource your customer service to them.

GetHuman is an excellent company where people can give their experiences and in doing so,help others with any problems they have.
I have always used Hermes and always found them an excellent courier company but to contact them is impossible,no phone number,email or live chat,this is why I contacted Resolver,who got me a reply within 24 hours.
Hopefully others will read this write up and this will help them in any problems they have.

Melany was quite helpful, and also very kind. I had trouble getting my new band onto my Fitbit. She sent me instructions and talked with me as to how to get it to fit. I still haven’t gotten it to attach, but I think that’s my fault and that Fitbit‘s fault. As I said Melanie was quite helpful and very kind and she seemed genuinely concerned about helping me.

In a moment we have problems its very helpful and comforting to have platform like" GetHuman" it give us hope our problems will heard by thousands and something will be done about that

This company provided many avenues for me to resolve my problem. In addition to the FAQ section, other tips were offered. Eventually as suggested I called the company of my application and the problem was solved. Get human provided the assistance and backup to let you know you were not alone.

This is a fake organisation that obtained confidential information written to pinterest directly without using this organisation on pinterest's legal channel. PInterest website is not secure and this organisation obtained my informationwithout my consent and went on to publish it which is a data protection misuse and breach effectively doxing me which is illegal in the UK and the USA and a breach of a privacy order putting me in danger.

I have asked the owner of their website via their registrar to take down the relevant information from search results and I would like an apology from them.

Fake as fxxk organisation ! Doxxing in the UK is illegal and is harassment !

They make it extremely hard to find a contact email address or telephone number that works. Nothing on the web pages and without GoHuman I would never have made contact at all.
