I highly recommend Livewire. Great experience!

We had a universal remote that we no longer wanted to use. We had to have someone set up the TV, VCR and DVD players separately going through the tuner. The technician could not set up the VCR, so that doesn't work. He also has us playing the DVD player using the tuner and the DVD remote. Would have rather just used the remote.
Good news, we no long have to use the universal remote, which was giving us issues.

Joe called each just before he arrived on each of his two visits to make sure we were ready for the service call. During the calls, Joe explained things well so that I understood what he was doing and how the systems connect and work together. He was clean, always removing his shoes and cleaning up any parts or packaging. After looking for a wire in the ceiling he vacuumed the floor as dust fell from a sound fixture he had to remove to locate wiring.
I would certainly call Livewire again as needed.

Livewire does an incredible job from top to finish. They send an appointment email in advance of visit and a quote on the proposed cost. They show up on time and are very adept at handling your tech issues. I purchased a new Fios quantum router which they installed and incorporated into our wireless home network. I highly recommend Livewire.

Henry and his team completed our project quickly, professionally and under the budget they originally quoted. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Jonathan did an excellent job of getting my system back up and running, updating things, and installing SONOS. Livewire had put my initial surround sound speakers in when we moved into our house 12 years ago. I needed to update my hardware and system and contacted them. They provided some solid options for me, answered all my questions and installed the equipment in a day. They found a way to make it easy to use and the family is now enjoying our multi-media equipment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their entertainment experience.

I had an awesome experience with LiveWire this morning. James came to my home to replace a video amplifier and do some re-wiring in my technology panel. He was great...showed up when promised, worked diligently without the need for help, and got the problem fixed. In addition, he organized the wiring in the panel box, cleaned it up and left it 1000% better than the way he found it. Just an incredible experience. Thanks to LiveWire and James.

From initial consultation to final installation, the project was perfect. Everything was explained clearly so I understood what the project entailed and what the result would be. Emails and phone calls were answered quickly. The technical experts were efficient and professional in their manner. Explanation of potential add-on services was done as a suggestion and not a hard sell. Technician (Jonathan) arrived on time to sync universal remote to new FIOS set top box. The issue was resolved quickly and Jonathan volunteered to answer any other home theatre and related questions during his one hour service time. This was the second time Jonathan has done a service call to our home, and both times his has been very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He is a great service rep and Livewire has been very good to work with.
