This third party email service is one I've been using for years on all my computers and laptops. Apart from the fact that it is a joy to use its customer service is brilliant should something you can't work out or go wrong and all tech goes wrong occasionally. They reply quickly and knowledgeable and are helpful. Highly recommend it.

I needed help to populate the BCC with a distribution or group list. A video was sent clearly showing how it is done. Great service.

Have been using Mailbird since Windows 7 mail system messed up,easy to use and set up plus great backup with the few minor problems and help with installing on another system

Mailbird is a great email program with exceptionally good technical support.

Mailbird's email product is very well designed and works virtually flawlessly. Importantly, I believe it is more secure than the Microsoft Outlook product I had been using, which copies data to the cloud. With Mailbird, all data is stored locally. In addition, the support team responds quickly and thoroughly. I'm happy that I switched.

The people who work at Mailbird are very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I only ever give any company 4 out of 5 stars rating if they're good, for there is always that little bit of room to make improvements. Keep up the great work Mailbird staff and, thank you.

Excellent customer service. My issue was actually read, acknowledged and then a number of options offered in a stepwise progression.

I worked down the menu and got it to work.

The people and not AI solve the problems and that is Golden, I like mail bird very much, as always thank you very much for your support.

Lovely program with many features and good support

I have used Mailbird for several years now. There were some teething problems at the start, but they are long behind us. Mailbird has continued to innovate and now works with numerous outside platforms to bring a very broad experience. I don't use most of these, but they are available if needed and few, if any, other mail companies provide the broad range of interfaces that Mailbird does.

A few issues have cropped up over the years, mostly due to Microsoft. Regardless, Mailbird has always responded within a day to my requests for help and has always followed up within another day regardless of the issue or cause. Their technical staff really knows their stuff and can explain it on a layman's level, making information and troubleshooting techniques easy to follow. We have never had an issue on Mailbird's end that wasn't resolved within a day. Again, most have been on Microsoft's end and a few have been Google issues.

I don't get marketing or junk mail. I do receive timely and easy to install updates. I have referred numerous others to Mailbird and those who have tried it have stayed with Mailbird.

The interface is flexible and easy to setup, I can make as many folders and subfolders as I need, messages are easy to sort and categorize, and the interface is pretty fast. Rarely does a download take more than a few seconds.

I have tried a number of email platforms over the years. I really like Mailbird, I like the support I receive, I am very comfortable with the platform, and I have no interest in looking elsewhere.

If you take a look at Mailbird, you probably will stay with them.

Mailbird employees are very good and quick to get back to me when I have problems of any kind with my mail. I've had this email service a long time now and am very satisfied with it. Mailbird is a great e-mail client for both Windows and macOS .. it is very smooth, fast and user friendly with options to suit personal users and large corporations.
As an old man of 80, I have also found their customer service to be outstanding - with excellent pre-purchase advice and after sales assistance. Highly recommended.

I have been with Mailbird since Day 1 (like almost literally - started out as a beta tester before they release officially). I truly love its clean, non cluttered UI and simplicity for both Windows and Mac. It's just easy to the eyes. One thing I would love to see is a native Calendar synchronisation. For now, my email is from within Mailbird while for consolidating all my calendars, ticktick and todoist - i do it using ICS and view via Outlook/Google Calendar plugin/extension in Mailbird.

I’ve been using Mailbird for several years now, and honestly it’s the best email program I’ve found so far. It’s clean, easy to use, and makes managing multiple accounts so much simpler. On top of that, their support team is excellent — every time I’ve needed help, they’ve been quick, professional, and very supportive. It’s rare to find both a great product and such reliable customer service in one place, and Mailbird delivers both. Highly recommended!

Mailbird for Mac is a new program that is turning into a great email app. I recently switched from Spark. I've tried many over the years, right now, this one's the best. Large, customizable icons identify each account and make switching between each account in one click easy. The support is fast and thorough. I feel valued as a customer. Excited to see where their development roadmap takes them.

I wanted a different email app for the Mac. I tried Mailbird and was very surprised with the product, it was easy to set up and use (each app has its owing idiosyncrasies), but Mailbird was easy to navigate, The support from the team with small slight issue I had was quickly resolved, and my suggestions have been submitted for consideration - hope they carry this through but they seem keen enough to do it. I look forward to using it in the long run, and keep up the great support from your team too.

I recently had an issue with a font not installing on Mailbird. Or so I thought. The customer service representative did not have to make any adjustments. They just quietly pointed out that the new font was installed, but I did not recognise the font well enough due to nomenclature issues.
