Good when it worked but generally disappointing

I was excited when I received my Ryoko after a bit of confusion about the six months’ data purchase . I am using it in a wooded area of Perthshire in Scotland and when it works it’s great. However it apparently uses a German mast which stops general purchasing etc on some websites . When queried it was suggested I must be near the German border . I also find if three devices are using it it fails - on querying I was told rather briskly they had a throttling policy for excess usage - I had an iPhone, an iPad and a TV. At one point we did use an additional TV but had to stop . I am generally pretty disappointed - this week there has been absolutely no reception so a complete waste for that period. My plan is to finish the six months as I have had to prepay this but find a portable router that is a bit more reliable in the UK and would find more local masts . It’s a good looking unit and easy to set up but in my experience it is inefficient and not as reliable as I was led to believe . Shame really …

learning experience

In the beginning I was not able to succeed in having it do what it intended to do ,so I started th process of returning the Device , However white going thru that process I ended up talking with someone from the company that new this device and tutored me on and showed me what I was doing wrong ,Once I figured out the way I need to use it its been great
