Easy to use
Easy to use to order. It did have a lot to of additional offers and since I purchased this Wifi Unit for my Brother, I spent an additional $67.99, for the hub, charger and protection and although it wasn't my intention, I felt it was necessary to ensure my Brother have what's needed to make his experience enjoyable. Will update after I receive the unit and activate it.

RYOKO PRO
I had heard some bad things about the Ryoko Pro, the people who had told me these things were only on the cheapest monthly tariff.
I thought i would give it a try but with the unlimited six month high speed Internet.
BIG MISTAKE on my part.
Yes it's a great little system but don't believe it is unlimited for six months.
We got one day of good fast WiFi before they shut it down to the minimum data.
Yes they respond quickly and baffle you with B/S about how you have used a lot of data on the first day "exactly what it was brought for" and then you get poor signal and drip fed data until it's renewed at the end of the month.
Three emails prior to coming away each on explaining the reasons for buying and saying that I needed it to be high speed unlimited WiFi for my trip with my family.
To be told that it had been reduced due to high data usage.
I'm old school unlimited high speed wifi to me means just that!
Don't be scammed by this company read all the small print and if you don't understand the technical jargon save your money and pay extra to your phone sim provider who will give you what you want.
Don't be caught out and left with fax style technology.
Once again if it did what it says would be a great piece of kit rather than an expensive mistake.
DON'T BUY RYOKO PRO THE TECH IS GOOD THE UNLIMITED IS BULLSHIT.

Feeling cheated
Most of the programs like prime, itvx and now say that I am not in the UK the only thing it works on is Netflix and even then it buffets a lot, so I feel cheated and won't be continuing with it.

I find the product intriguing. However, since I'm on a fixed income I would expected to be offered a 3 month plan rather than 6 months. I will see if it works for me or not in the future.
