This is a scam.I ordered a Waldorf doll and received a cheap doll that you would pay $5.00 orless at a dollar store.Had to claim through PayPal and finally got a full refund.Do not order from this site.I would give it no stars or less.

Scam, and no customer service. I ordered a doll with big set of clothes, I received 2 dresses made in China 5 months after I ordered.

Wish I could rate as Zero Stars.
Total SCAM. Stay away. Waldorf Dolls are nothing like pictures or described. Takes nearly 3 months to receive. No customer service. Products made in China as duplicates of real dolls.

Never got what I ordered. Would not give full refund and to return would cost $70!,, stay away!!!!

I ordered the Salena doll for my granddaughter's first birthday. Received yesterday. Nothing like the picture. The doll was in a plastic bag undressed. Another bag had a dress with a fur color. The seller claims that these dolls are handmade and warn us about scams. This doll is a cheap Chinese knockoff. Contacted the seller, no response. I'm contacting my credit card co.

Not even 1 star , rip off scam. Dolls came as dollar store doll not even like picture ..total scam

I hated to even give this 1 star as it is indeed a scam! The 2 good reviews must be written by workers. BOUGHT 5 17" DOLLS for 277.00. Naked , all IDENTICAL, 14.5" NOT 17". NO SET of clothes. And stuffed into a plastic bag for shipping. customer service isn't available anymore. GEE hope thye post this with all their other "reviews"

Do Not Order anything from this company... I ordered a doll for my grandaughter for Christmas, I received 2 sets of clothes with no doll. I contacted the company as was told the order was for clothes only, what a ripoff STAY AWAY!!!!! Thank God for Pay Pal

Unfortunately this is a scam that just changes it's email address. Do not buy anything from this company. I was sent a tracking number that was made up. Ordered in October for my Granddaughter for Christmas by Dec 1 still had not arrived. I contacted PayPal after I tried contacting them through the email on my order which came up as a http 401 error. Then found the scam online. Luckily I got my $45 US dollars back. Thieves, it's very sad. When they write on their latest scam page "We got a brunch of bad reviews but this is not us" you know it's a scam. Karma is coming.

If I could put -1star I would. False promises of what you will get. Didn’t get the right color hair. The “clothes” were 1 wrinkled dress that was to short, no pants and a naked doll. Can’t contact them. Glad I only ordered. From what I read from other reviewers, it is not worth trying to get my money back. This site should be removed. No more ordering from China!!!!

I’ve been emailing with them since I received their awful products. I finally got a return address and, of course it’s China and I’ll be out @$30 to return them. BUT I will return them since I spent $125 on 3 dolls that weren’t anything like I ordered, all scrunched up in a bag with dollar store clothes.

I thought I was ordering a beautiful doll with large set of clothing for my grand daughter for Christmas. Six weeks later, I received an ugly, crooked faced, dollar store quality doll, and only one outfit. Nothing was as advertised. I was also scammed.

I ordered a doll for my daughter for Christmas. Eagerly waited about a month for it (well past Christmas). Finally got the package in the mail today and it was two weird pieces of doll clothing that look nothing like what I ordered and...no doll. Wish I saw these reviews first - so angry.

I agree with all the other reviews. This is is a major SCAM! I've been emailing for weeks now & no response. If you go to the website they even have a scam letter notice on there saying be aware of a site that's stealing their pictures and your getting ugly dolls. YET...no number is on their "contact us" to call. I ordered direct from their site & still got NOTHING of what I ordered. What a joke & not a single answer back. DO NOT buy from their site, they are a rip off.

Same as other purchasers! Ugly naked doll and ugly clothes. Spent $116.69 and didn't even make it in time for Christmas. Do Not buy from this company!! I can't stress it enough, the pictures on the website is nothing like the actual product. Ugly!

The site looks lovely, with a large variety of dolls and clothes, so I spent $107USD on 2 dolls. They arrived in a month and were not even a little bit like the dolls on the site. They were naked and arrived with a single item of cut price clothes. Badly made.
Totally fraudulent misrepresentation and no chance of refund.

BIG SCAM! It took three months to receive the two dolls I ordered and the dolls were 12" instead of 18", they had different color of hair from what I ordered and the "big" clothes I paid for are minimal and ugly as opposed to the cute ones on the website.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Company is fraudulent, their address has changed twice since I checked my mom's order status, first in California, now in New Jersey. Both addresses are in foreclosure. Over a month after the order was placed, a cheap China made and shipped knock off was delivered, the single outfit is too small, the dolls nose is where her cheek should be. They refused to give a refund or even send a return label and have even posted a scam alert on their own website about the actual waldorf doll maker.

I have had the same experience as other reviewers. When I placed the order on the website, it was listed as a doll and large pack of clothes. I immediately checked the invoice in my email, and saw a note that stated that listing was for clothes (doll excluded) and that I should contact the company before the order shipped out to make any changes. I emailed minutes after the order was placed, but did not receive a reply. I could not find a phone number on the website. I emailed 2 more times, and finally received a reply that simply stated yes, I did order only clothes. That was over 2 weeks after the order and 3 days before I received the package that included 2 outfits. I have since emailed again asking how I can exchange for a doll or get a refund. I do not expect a reply. This seems to be a complete scam. I would not recommend.
