I would give more stars if I could because they did such a fantastic job! Special thanks to Mariana Pereira, who managed all my orders—over 60 hampers to be sent worldwide. Even though this was a difficult and tedious task, they handled it beautifully and promptly. For countries with alcohol restrictions, Mariana provided excellent recommendations and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Most importantly, her responses were always quick and efficient. I 100% recommend them!

The gift baskets were delivered on time, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. A special thanks to Yaroslav, who was incredibly helpful and provided excellent assistance throughout. Highly recommend their services!

Our company has clients and consultants all over the world and Gift Baskets Overseas has always been my go-to for all of our international gifts. I've never been disappointed with their service and those that receive the gifts are always very happy.

Biggest mistake i made to other from this company. I chose every item myself .I order one salami they send five slices,I order 3lb of fruits they sent 2 small apple,2 small oranges ,1 green mango ,I order hard cheese they sent cheeder, small box of crackers, I order Italian white wine ,they sent champagne. I paid $258.00 us dollar. I am so disappointed am about to cry.

I had a request for delivery of a few gift hampers to Oman; despite a short notice the delivery was on time and appreciated by recipients.

My son had just moved to Europe with his wife and I had been warned not to try sending gifts from overseas because they don't always make it, or they take forever to get there. I googled and came across this company. I chose the make your own basket and it arrived to the newlyweds almost immediately. They loved every item. And the items are quality choices. For my first order, the company added a box of chocolates. So nice! All communication was prompt and helpful. I will definitely be using this company again.

I am extremely disappointed with an order I placed on behalf of the company I work for with Gift Baskets Overseas. We paid $200 for a gift basket, expecting a luxurious assortment of items. Instead, the recipient received a tin can of something, a chocolate bar, a snack-size bag of Lindt chocolate balls, a snack-size bag of fruit and nut mix, a sleeve of chocolate cookies, a small Toblerone bar, a snack-size bag of chocolate-covered cashews, and a snack-size bag of chips. This is absolutely not worth the price we paid! This has only been brought to my attention recently, hence the delay in writing this review.

To make matters worse, this isn’t the first time this company has overcharged for an underwhelming gift basket. Earlier this year, I placed another order, not realizing the quality of my previous order. After becoming aware of the issues with the last order, I reached out to the recipient of the most recent order made in May 2024, who confirmed that the items in the gift basket do not reflect the $130 price paid.

I strongly warn other customers to think twice before ordering from Gift Baskets Overseas. You might not get your money’s worth!

The roses my girlfriend got were do beautiful. Thank you for helping me put a smile on her gorgeous face since right now we are so far apart. Who knows maybe I'll get her some more gifts for just because from here until she is safely in my arms. Thank you!
